Sorry for posting this here but I made a topic in the Legal Matters forum and nobody has replied, and I sort of need a response by Wednesday when I go in to file everything.
So I'm trying to fill out the Indigent form on
Illinoislegalaid.org; only problem is it's asking me if I am
1) Starting a lawsuit
2) Someone started a suit against me
3) I am appealing a court decision
4) Someone is appealing a suit I won
Annnnnd none of those seems to apply. Do you know offhand which one I need? Thanks in advance!
