Estrogen starts tomorrow

After a week I can feel a decrease in upper body strength and endurance. Did some furniture rearranging and felt pooped!  I have also lost over a kg in weight around the midriff, am going to try and keep track of my measurements.

Yep, the same here.  The perception of taste of certain foods had changed, I was the first change I noticed.  I am beginning to cut back on the pigging-out phase.
