That's very true and I thought about that a while ago. I'm a year behind everyone else. I only meant to take a semester off though but oh well.

I don't know if it helps but I find that at the community college level, people in more specialized or higher-level courses are generally more mature. So maybe try and take your general requirements online if you can.

I just remember a pretty nightmarish english class that felt like high school 2.0. Completely different than calculus! There is a gay guy in that class and nobody has ever said anything mean to him or treated him weird about it.
