thanks hun   something else I just realised, I don't like not having a top on, I feel the need to keep my boobs covered either with a bra and top during the day or a nightie during the night, at first I had to kind of force myself to wear a bra all the time and it was uncomfortable and didn't feel right, now it feels wrong not wearing one

From what I have read, protecting your breasts when you sleep is important. Wearing a sports bra or any other comfortable bra at night will protect them from damage. And personally, I wouldn't want to walk around shirtless either.
