Take this job and shove it! Use correct pronouns please! You guys have had 9 months and some of you have never once used the correct pronoun. What are you- brain dead! I'm going to start calling you by the wrong pronouns- see how you like it!

You can remind people only so much. Now I'm forced to embarrass and belittle you. Don't feel bad- you do it to me every time you use the wrong pronouns. And don't feed me this "it's hard to remember" bull->-bleeped-<-. You've had 9 months and some of you have made no improvement... and we see each other every day! You're just being lazy bastards.

I swear, when I get a better offer I'm gone. Then you ->-bleeped-<-s won't have to worry about remembering pronouns. It will make your brain-dead day easier. Kiss my ass!

:-\ Sorry to hear that they're not getting better.  Is there HR or some upper management that would be able to address the issue?  In a lot of places, intentional use of the wrong name/pronouns could count as discrimination, and it should be addressed as such.
Oh I'm a lucky man to count on both hands the ones I love

We're too small to have an HR department. I do go to management but they tell me "it's no big deal" and I'm being too sensitive about it. I try to explain but they'd rather live in their own little happy world where there are no problems or conflicts. Sadly, all problems are dealt this way here. Management's philosophy is "if there's a problem, deny it and ignore it".

We have gotten a new manager in the sales department who worked at a place where a MTF transitioned on the job so maybe I'll get more support from her. Unfortunately at this company my department is treated with a "you're on your own" mentality.

I have mentioned it could be seen as discrimination and harassment. It falls on deaf ears. Earlier today I told my manager that no one here will ever get it or take it seriously so I need to start somewhere new. Maybe that will get a point across. Ah, who am I kidding? They don't care.
