Im notso sure what this means. When i went to my appointment with my endo, he did some test to make sure iwas capible of starting hrt. Well, my blood test came back today and everything was normal, except, my blood count.he said its high, but i can continue taking hrt becauseit doesnt have anything to do with that. But..what does this generally mean?? My grandma said she had a low blood count nd they had to give her iron.but idk. What does this mean?? Im scared nd worried

You are fine.
It means you have a higher level of red blood cells than the doc expected.
Unless he told you to worry. Dont worry.
So it is said that if you know your enemies and know yourself, you can win a hundred battles without a single loss.
If you only know yourself, but not your opponent, you may win or may lose.
If you know neither yourself nor your enemy, you will always endanger yourself.

You'll probably want to avoid high-iron foods like many leafy greens, calves' liver, and the like.  Otherwise, just have your blood checked every six months and don't worry too much about it.
