That is part HRT and possibly anticipation.  I had something like that as an adolescent.  I had a complete cessation down there of wanting to mastrubate after two weeks of HRT and no more of those involuntary, urine blocking hard stuff.  You're fine, don't worry so much and take it easy.  Each of us is different.

I haven't experienced tingling but as soon as I got on HRT my whole abdomen felt different and strange. I don't know how soon prostate starts to shrink but I think you can start feeing the difference the way you feel you have to go pee. Observe it and try to stay calm. It took me about 2 weeks to get used to the new hormone levels.
Remember to drink plenty of water and watch for other side effects. Most of them dissipate or you get used to them like slight dizziness that never went away for me.
If it progresses from strange to not feeling good talk to you doc again!

good luck!

Is your dizziness related to mealtimes?  Estrogen alters the metabolism, including the reaction to substances such as monosodium glutamate.

No, its not related to mealtime and it comes from the Spiro. Spiro has actually dizziness warning on the box.
I don't notice it unless I make sudden twist or turn. On the ground I catch myself relatively easily but on the ladder I avoid sudden moves altogether.
But I became just a little more aware of the dizziness and can still spin while dancing for example only I have to prepare for the spin instead of taking it spontaneously.
