Among the items on the agenda for Wal-mart's shareholders meeting is a proposal that the company adopt a Gender Identity Non-descrimation policy.

The Board of Directors is recommending against this proposal (as they recommend against all Shareholder proposals)...

If you own stocks in Wal-mart make sure you vote.
