Unfortunately certain things can't be changed, sounds like you are getting or already are too old, bones will be the same, you are stuck with those however they've developed (but then again I don't keep up well with the medical world, so I really don't know what can or can't be done), but doesn't mean that you still can't look good on hormones. What happened to me when on them I got a nice layer of fat to soften me up, my skin got a lot smoother, silkier, much nicer feeling to the touch (also bruised much easier too, downside of it), grew breasts (not very big for me, but any is better than none), more fat redistributed towards my bottom end (nice curvy hips and rounder butt, as well as thick thighs, probably the area that I was happiest about). There's a lot of women on here that started late on hormones, and they look pretty fine (I'm one of them, trying not to show conceitedness here, but I pass, get compliments once in a while even though been off of them for a couple years, so that's something), I'm sure you'll be okay even with things that can't be changed.
