Last week saw The Lego Movie with two friends, we all seem to be in agreement that it was crap. Feel like we're the only ones that didn't like it.

Just got back from seeing The Amazing Spider-Man 2, I really liked it.

Rubber is surprisingly good for a movie in which the protagonist is a tire. It has psychic powers, after all. It's available on Netflix streaming currently.

Frozen. Bought the soundtrack and now I can't stop watching or listening to it. And my girls love it too.
I dunno... I was normal, throughout my life, until I turned 4 and realised that I shouldn't be called a he.

The Omen.

Ave Satani!

Haha, scared me a little bit, was 4am when the movie ended and I was all alone in my room... luckily I was tired and passed out quickly but... not without being a little scared  :icon_nervious:

Red Dawn, pretty intense scenario of what if Korea invades the US. Reminds me a little bit of the game Homefront.

But we're the Wolverines!
Gets me wondering what I would do in that situation. Roughly the same thing I'd bet but a little better prepared.

End of Watch - that was a hard movie for me to watch. It's kinda a mock self-recorded thing of a couple LA street cops but they go through some rough stuff and get caught way above their head in some major drug cartels and don't even know it till it's too late. It darn near made me cry. Hard to watch but well worth it.

Classic!

I last saw Let The Right One In... it's Swedish but it's amazing!

Actually the last movie I saw was actually The Good, The Bad and The Ugly, but I mostly did it to get another "classic" out of the way. I don't like westerns one bit, but Tuco made this one alright.

Let the Right One In was amazing! Of course none of the guys in my college dorm had any interest in watching it... They couldn't handle foreign films... I never did find anyone to fangirl over the movie with ):

Aw, haha! I watched it with my ex/bestfriend/something/boyfriendbutnotboyfriend who's all "bah, vampires suck" but in the end he liked it! So I guess that attests to the quality of the movie. Did you see the remake? It's supposedly not bad but I doubt it's as good as the original =(

At the moment I'm downloading Carrie (the original) and Interview with the Vampire. ;D

When did they do the remake? I don't remember which one I saw. It was a few years ago on Netflix.

The remake is from 2010, it's called Let Me In. It's in English!

You said the one you watched was foreign, so you watched the same one as me =P

I've seen them both, pretty much within a day of each other. The Swedish one is a lot more atmospheric but the US one does a better job at pacing and has some slightly more logical plot advancements.

Oh, and I just saw the new

GODZILLA!!!!!!!!!
It had some pretty over the top fight scenes, lots of roaring and was supremely better and more entertaining than the one with Matthew Broderick (Ferris Beuler!) in it, but it was still hard to care for the human characters.

I watched X-Men: Days of the Future Past at the cinema yesterday.  I really enjoyed it, Quicksilver was funny.  My only gripe is that it didn't explain any of the continuity errors with First Class (which was originally going to be a reboot, but is now in the same universe as the other films), Origins: Wolverine or The Last Stand.  I know the latter two suck, but still.

First Class is still one of my favourite films.

Godzilla. Because Godzilla...

Godzilla 2014. It was great, especially being on a huge Imax screen in 3D. Had a good time.
