Dark Knight Rises which was... alright. It wasn't as good as the other two and certain elements were beyond suspension of disbelief for the Batman universe. I liked Anne Hathaway as Cat Woman and I like her mask and "ears." The ending was unsatisfying.

In theatres was Batman The Dark Knight Rises.
and I was a little pissed by a few things in it.
I wont go into details, as that would involve spoilers,
and make me sound even nerdier than I am about the comic books.

And I'm currently watching The Lorax for the fourth time within a 24 hour period.
It's so awesome.

I'm astounded by how many people aren't familiar with it. I guess it's a scary reminder of how old I am because it's before their time.

I still use the expression "a crying game moment" to describe any sort of surprise you get when someone strips in front of you for the first time and you are shocked by something you didn't know about them. No one has understood the expression for at least the last ten years I've been saying it. Freakin' whipper-snappers!

Watched Kung Fu Panda 2 yesterday for the second time, the first time i didn't really like it but after watching it the second time i grew on me and i think it's one hell of a sequel plus villain or not the peacock is so pretty haha.

I'd forgotten how old it was. I have to admit that scene isn't so important for me. It was the whole revolving attitude that you knew souls were going to be destroyed. And the reason was for love.

Such a sad but wonderful movie.

It really is a good movie on so many levels. Very complex and dealing with all kinds of complexities about human relationships. It really caught me off guard how good it was. I went into it knowing almost nothing about it.

Watched "A Little Bit of Heaven". Was hard as my mom died of ovarian cancer in 2007. But I did make it through the movie and was happy at the end.

... unfortunately, my cinematic tastes have been surrendered to my lady...

We last watched the 1st Sherlock Holmes with Mr. Downey in it... I thought it was pretty good, but had a difficult time understanding the dialogue - poor sound editing, I thought.

The last film I saw in theaters was Dark Knight Rises, which I actually enjoyed immensely.

Yesterday on DVD I (re)watched Avatar, another film I really enjoy and recommend if anyone hasn't seen it.

By the way, The Crying Game is one of my favorites too =]

We watched Juno when it was shown in the TV yesterday.
I had heard about it before and didn't really have much expectations for it (because I'm picky, dammit) but it was surprisingly good.
Gave us few good laughs.
