  Mine always are ,I would feel naked without it. Sally Hanson WEDDING CRASHER#450 a purple metal flake.

I've recently started keeping mine painted.  Sally Hansen Punch Drunk, which is this kinda deep pink orchid shade Ice fallen in love with.
Don't mind the really ugly feet.  :)

I really like Revlon's colorstay line of nail polishes; there are *so* many colors to choose from and the brush is nice and wide. Currently I'm wearing a color called "Velvet rope". Previously I had on a color called "Cayenne" which I absolutely loved. Pictures don't really do the Cayenne color justice IMO.

Fingers and toes are both metallic purple, like a 1991 Jeff Beck model Stratocaster this week.  Last week they were candy apple red.

Always!, I'm doing various shades of pink all summer long. No greens, no purples, no hot reds, just nice soft pinks for me.

Always in deep red! My feet and toe nails are always in good shape.

My SO and I paint each other's toes every couple of weeks. It's actually really therapeutic for us. When we have more time we give each other foot massages and exfoliations and stuff. Right now I have copper and she has pink. We have zillions of these little jar samplers from sephora that I bring home.

I always keep them painted. From blue to hot pick, to fuchsia to purple and even some green. Right now, bright blue :)

Yes, both my fingernails and toenails are always painted. I switch between various shades of pinks, reds, and blues to a metallic blue I like and a really flashy gold when I want to get noticed.

Funny story,well  I guess. I was in a pretty bad car accident not long ago. I had my toes painted from a few nights prior. I got rushed to the hospital and had all my clothes cut off including my sneakers and socks. I was there for hours getting wheeled around on a stretcher w my feet hanging out, loads of doctors etc dealing with me. I was in a neck brace so I couldn't look down. I had forgotten all about the polish until I left. No one said anything though...

It's terrible how they do that. I know they have their reasons and it's obviously more important to save someone's life than worry about destroying what they're wearing, but still...  :-\

Yes, it was one of my new year resolutions to keep them painted, as it's one of the few things I can get away with full time at the moment.  I have quite small, pretty feet, and it helps a bit with the dysphoria.

They are currently a dark red by Revlon, but I change the colour every couple of weeks and have built up quite a collection.  My fave is a bright metallic blue which was cheap from Sainsburys.

I have a dilemma as the weather gets warmer and I want to start wearing sandals.  I'm loathe to give up painting them, but as I have to present as male in most situations, it causes a few comments!

Basic white French tips with couple coats of top coat. Simple.

If your still presenting as male part time in the summer, you could just use clear coat. It's less noticeable and still gives you a feeling of femininity.

Sally Hansen as a color called "Shall We Dance". It's a very sheer pink. If you are light skinned, it isn't really noticeable unless you look hard. If it's too shiny, you could then put on a matte top coat to dull it out.

I don't currently have them painted since I'm not full time yet, but I really want to do my toe nails, since nobody looks at them but me :D

They were a nice fuchsia for about a week... until about 6 hours ago when I wiped them clean to go swimming in my parents pool.

Everytime I look at my mom's face I want to tell her but I just can't bring myself to speak the words.  Fine!  I'll work on writing a letter

Yes, my toe nails are always painted, for longer than I can remember. ..
Currently they are a dark creamy purple.
I don't mind who sees them and hardly ever got any bad comments about them.
I do my finger nails when I get the chance or go out somewhere special,  but dont wear color to work...

Interestingly last time I saw my therapist she suggested this.

So no they be painted just like she mentioned.
Now I just look down and feel contented seeing them painted red. :)

I've noticed that it helps to choose a shade of polish that goes well with my skin tones. Recently I'm liking a red that is more towards orange. Sort of peachy. So many colors to try!

I'm always changing my colors each week. Still haven't found one that looks better on me than my deep metallic pink does, but I'm looking. Currently mine are a non metallic dark blue, which I'll be changing to red in a few days. I have a teal and light blue also to try and there's still a few colors I want that I just haven't gotten yet.

Fuchsia on my toes. I would feel naked if there was no polish on my toes.
I have worn clear polish on my fingers, so far no has said anything.

I'm a polish nut. Nails are always immaculate (I get SO many compliments).

And it also enhances the look of some of my open-toe shoes, of course.

Often, I pick a color scheme for my nails, and will work off those colors for my eye shadow and jewelry for a few days, until I run out of ideas, and then switch.

To be honest I find unpainted toenails disgusting personally. I've pretty much had my toenails painted since I was 13 years old and nobody sees them without being painted.

I apologize girl friends. Normally all my nails are shaped perfect & painted perfect however I've been busy. I was told not to bend over much after surgery & my toe nails have not been painted for the last 2 weeks since the last time I cleaned them. I feel terrible & again aplogize for being so un lady like GF's. Tomorrow some new pink toe nail poilsh for the rest of the summer, I promise.

Currently wearing socks around the house so my wife doesn't see the painted toes.  She said it offends her...  ::)

O.P.I. is great stuff like other brand names however Sally Hansen $2 polish does just as well GF's. Megan, you look nice & causal, have fun GF.

I'm doing my nails right now with my reeeeaaally sparkly gold polish to celebrate my freedom from the financial burden formerly known as my SO. In the end I found out she only loved what I could do for her, or provide for her, not me unconditionally. Yes I'm hurting real bad over it but I'm also relieved. No more coming home broke, or late at night. I can actually keep my bills paid now! This is what I'm celebrating -not the nearly 5 years down the crapper, lol!!

Don't feel sad for me girls feel happy! I know I am tonight! I also know eventually I'll find someone better!

So I was going to go swimming at my parents today, and forgot I had my toenails painted.  Then I was like it doesn't really matter, they know I am trans* now and it's not like it's a big deal... but alas, I snuck away and snatched my mom's polish remover and cleaned them up before going in the pool.

I want to stop being shameful of my femininity but I just feel like expressing it is going to offend someone and I think this is partly because of how judgmental my wife has been over the past few months.  I need to remember that her feelings are much differently rooted than other people.   She's losing a husband and gaining nothing.  Everyone else is losing a son/brother/guy-friend and gaining a daughter/sister/girl-friend... so there is some sorrow but also excitement!

I'll be in a better place after I kick her out of the house.   >:-)

I paint mine from time to time, but don't keep them that way on a permanent basis.  Last time I interchanged a deep purple and hot pink, then put a clear coat with sparkles in it over the top.  My GF is trying a deep black with a light purple over the top that has sparkles in it.  The effect makes it a sparkly deep purple.  I may do that next.  :)

If a Transgender MtF does not polish ones toes. Unless one is married but closeted or living with ones parents or in the military that would be very strange to me. I feel totally naked if mine are not polished in a red, fushia, pink, or coral color.  I also wear colorless polish on my fingers. All my women friends know I'm feminine.

To me, A MtF is lost without having a GG as a friend

Mine are a metallic light purple, but I might go over that with a darker shade.

Right now I have this crazy gold sparkly nail polish on both my fingers and toes. Step out into the sun and it's almost blinding. I'm going to change to a teal soon maybe tonight. This stuff is just a little loud for my taste.

OK, bright red toe nails. I did a terrible job, worse I've done in years, my eyes watered up but I just kept polishing away. A few Q tips & I'll clean up the rough spots later.

Well, instead of the teal I went with blood red. I only have done my fingers so far though so my toenails are still the gold sparkly color. I look weird with my fingernails red and my toenails gold sparkle, lol!!

I'll remove the gold on my toes and paint them the same red that is now on my fingers later on this evening when I have more time.

Dark purply blue... Which I now realize matches my car

For this week I tried Lime to go with my Favorite Sun Dress I'm wearing in my Avatar photo. So 2 coats of that and 1 clear on top on my fingers and toes. Yup, it's definitely different and takes some getting used to.

I'm a newbie,  still in the closet to my wife (only out to therapist) . Anyhoo, she just left for a trip with the kids and her Dad. The second thing I did (after putting on my preferred around the house wear) was pair my toenails. Third therapist appointment later:) I gotta get out of this closet!

I have my toe nails polished all the time {and they're done in a pink color}, and I've finally gotten my family {whom I'm currently living with temporarily} use to it.  :icon_mrhappy:

Yep! I like to experiment with layering colors so mine are a shimmering, metallic charcoal with a thin top coat of opalescent blue. I like to call it Skyrim Enchanted Ebony Armor  ;)

I nearly always have my toenails painted a bright red beautiful color.

I use divers boots at the pool, as I have not come out yet at my apartment building.

At the beach where I am not known, I freely show my bright red toe nails even though I am still beach-dressed as a male at this point.  I may try my first bikini at the beach soon, if I continue to get breast growth.

I had a delightful experience with my 6 year old daughter today...in the daytime today, she painted on top of my already-red toenails with some other red nail polish that has some glitter in the liquid.  She said it looks beautiful on me!  Made my day, her lovely comment.

Tonight, my 6 year old daughter painted my fingernails with the same bright red polish with glitter, and said, "Daddy, that looks beautiful on you!"

I will have to remove my fingernail polish to work tomorrow, but my toenail polish will stay on as always.  I feel NAKED without toenail polish.  I never want to be without toenail polish again.

I have already been to the beach with fingernail polish and toenail polish once, and many times already to the beach with just toenail polish.

When I went to the beach with my genetic girlfriend with sexy purple fingernails and bright red toenails, my genetic girlfriend was super amused at the STARE I got from both men and women.

I am just 5 weeks in on E and P.

What great breast results to far!  My protruding nipples with white bumps all over my nipples and areola area look ready for a baby to nurse of them.
