hi all I have some good news that I wanted to share with you all. since my orchiectomy surgery and starting estrogen 4-1/2 years ago I was chugging along my breasts were growing thanks to genetics, but my body was looking like a sack of potatoes, I weighed 178 on my 5'-8 1/2" frame until five months ago when my doctor put me on mounjaro for my diabetes. That's when everything started to change, the combination of estrogen and mounjaro caused a drastic reduction in fat in my mid-section, legs, arms, back, actually everywhere except for my hip and breasts, estrogen made sure that fat stayed. as a result, today I'm 135 lbs., 44 busts x 27 waist x 35 hips. In spite of my non-gender affirming self, I couldn't hide my assets any longer. I used to be a short chubby male and now I'm a tall slender busty woman with an hourglass figure. I felt a need to share this information in hope someone may find it useful. I hope this picture is appropriate for this site.
thanks for letting me share.

Hi Darilee
That's what I'm hoping to be like in the spring/summer after my bariatric surgery.

I'm in the process of buying new clothing. I've learned that transitioning isn't just about changing oneself, it also requires changing everything else. Will it ever end?

Wow, congratulations! It's like a dream come true. Then again, I'm sure this took a lot of work on your part. Kudos for taking those steps.
I have to ask (no need to answer if too personal). Since your orchiectomy:
1. Were you able to retain bottom function?
2. Have you needed to supplement T? I've heard that can happen.
After 4 years of HRT, I'm still fighting to keep my T down. I'm taking spironolactone and I don't like it. Id much rather have the things removed but I'd like to retain function. I've had no problems with it so far.
Thanks

It could be seen as changing, or maybe you are just casting away what no longer suits you. That is a lifelong journey. I no longer wear the same style of hair or clothing as I did when I was younger. Things adapted to whatever I was experiencing in my life at that time, from childhood to teen to adult.
