Hello to all , I am SugarBelle , 66 Yrs old.
I have been cd'ing for the past 8 yrs.... though I secretly had been attracted to transwoman from some 30 years... my 1st experiences in cd'ing go back to when I was a 5yo and got circumsized , I had problems with the scar tissue not healing properly , my weenie was getting stuck to my white underwear , even with the white healing cream being put on each day , my mum took me to visit her sister who suggested I be put into girls panties , being nylon they should not stick to the wound , so she made wear her daughters panties , and I would stay for 5 days with her so she could tend to my situation.
So I wore my cousins panties , but it was what my aunty did when only we were at home that had the biggest effect on me years later.... each morning she would shower then tell me to come in whilst she got dressed into her bra , girdle , suspenders and stockings , then ask me to feel how good her garments felt.... they did feel nice but I did not get aroused or anything... but it did have an effect on my psyche...I grew up as a normal boy does , had relationships with woman all my life , but never married....in the '90's I seen some magazines that featured transwomen and I got interested in how they looked so good with breasts and lingerie , but did not pursue it ...but it brought something into me , a desire that I tried so hard to hold off until 8 years ago...and I started looking at buying my own female underwear , I did , and off I went , firstly just panties , then bras , then lingerie.... I now wear these daily , but have stayed hidden from friends and family.... but I do want to have breasts , and have started massaging with oils and my buds have become noticeable to people , my nipples have come out and stick out through my t-shirts.... have had some asking me what is going on lol... so thats me in a nutshell , come here to find help and advice and learn from others in my situation , so G'day all.... I definitely find your story interesting as there is a lot of parity with a certain enjoyment I developed at a similar age. In that respect I have always wondered if it's quite common for such experiences to manifest in these desires. Your intro has kind of answered that for me in a way!

Thanks for the opportunity to express myself here , already enjoying looking around and finding posts that I relate to and like and learning from , such a relief to let my real self out , though still in the closet publicly ? My age is against me I feel , but the feelings I get from being in my feminine wear are so good that I will not stop wearing them and feeling that way....I am so comfortable in them , I buy them in person and online mostly , I use a cream called 'MARZENA" to remove hair from my chest and private areas , works well. Has anyone been able to purchase estrogen online without a prescription ? I would like to try it , but not sure if a doctor here would allow me without going thru a psychologist...anyways I am in my right state of mind , moreso after coming on here , cheers all

Well you can yes, but it's maybe not recommened. I did it, I used a place in Vanauatu many years ago, I'm not sure I can name places or doses on here though. I don't think its allowed under the rules. There are many many places online that are scams and are outright dangerous as you have no idea what they are sending you.

Ultimately it did work for me but it is crushingly expensive and is a huge risk, not to be underestimated. I have known I was transgender my entire life so the risk for me was reduced but there is a reason why you are supposed to get evaluated as E will bring about irreverisble changes that might be difficult to live with if you realise you aren't transgender at all and are somewhere else on the trans spectrum. Most people report the experience of gender specialists as overwhelmingly positive I feel and it will work out far cheaper to boot!

I guess the most important thing is that you need to be monitored by your GP or a specialist as E can cause things like stroke and/ or blood clots among other nasty side effects. It's particularly dangerous as you get older apparently. Your medical professionals will be discreet about it if you don't want to tell significant others yet. It is a highly embarrassing, nerve wracking thing to tell someone how you feel but honestly, the pros outweigh the fears.

I'm not trying to talk you out of trying E, if you are truly transgender it will absolutely be of benefit. Going on HRT for me has been the single greatest thing in my  life (at least for now!).

At the end of the day HRT pills aren't skittles, be very carefull what you put in your body.

Anyhow, I guess I'm just trying to say think very carefully before you leap!

Thank you Sarah (Stottie Girl) appreciate that very much , I think your more than right , have to be more patient and maybe speak with the Dr.s and get their thought's on me doing it the right way , I just have to reel myself in a bit and get more advice , and even though I want to run with my feelings , my health must come first.... so please everyone else , forget about telling me anything in regards to getting E online!

I'm looking to start HRT. I want to be around to enjoy the effects. I have a general appointment with my PCP i also have to research what my insurance will and won't cover. Im no6sure what part of the world you're in, but insurance. Maybe a factor as well

I'd say aged 66 you do need to be careful with HRT as the blood clot risk increases with age. Certainly oral E is off the cards with other forms still carrying risk. It can be done DIY but you do really need to know all the nuances and risk profiles.

It's a problem though as access is either expensive or slow. It's an 8 year wait list in the UK just to be seen then another year at least to get HRT.  Private is a fortune each month before buying meds. It's definitely tough to navigate.

I don't mean to discourage you in any way mind, don't hesitate to ask questions on here Sugarbelle. No-one judges anybody. We are here to provide support, friendship and advice to each other. No questions are taboo (Well there might be some I suppose, maybe check the site rules!). Don't be afraid to ask questions on anything you want answers to. There is normally someone on here who can offer pearls of wisdom or at least steer you in the right direction to get the answers you want.

I can't say do it one way or do it the other way as I didn't follow the rules and I would be a hippocrite if I started to lecture you. I'm just saying gather all the information and make an informed choice is all.

The fact that you are asking these questions would suggest you could be transgender, certainly somewhere on the trans spectrum at least and you are doing the right thing by investigating it further. There are loads of posts on here helping people make sense of it all.

Great to have another Aussie here.

I started at the same age as you and I'm now almost 60.

I'm intrigued to see if HRT is right for me but after doing a lot of reading I know I have to be very, very careful.

I will.probably bring it up with my doctor but not until we get all other issues under control.

I won't touch it until I'm eating healthy, weight is where it should be and have quit all alcohol.

It's not worth the potential issues at this age. 

I certainly wouldn't play around on my own

Thank you for your honesty and vulnerability in sharing your story. You hinted that sexuality may have played a part and for me it did. Sadly, those sexual feelings made me doubt myself in terms of gender. Were my trans feelings a sickness? Confusion? Not to be trusted? It took several years to believe the answer to all of them was no.

Hello again all , I have been a bit quiet of late but still have popped in to look about , I have just ordered some of that purafia mirafica supplements , just to see if it assists me , a bit skeptical , but I shall see... any feedback will be appreciated.
Really wish I could just be the person I want to be , with no restrictions holding me back , I guess it is my age and the times I grew up in , other peoples lack of understanding etc...however I am happy enough with myself as I am to just keep on going day by day , and just be me , I will let you know how I am going again soon enough and thanks to those that have made me feel accepted , great of you...good fuzzy feelings of that , ciao for now .

Be carefull with this. Pueraria mirifica is associated with an increased risk of blood clots, including deep vein thrombosis (DVT) and pulmonary embolism. There is information online about this if you look for it.

For me it also caused nightly leg cramps which stopped almost immediately after I quit using it. I did get some growth from it but it is unregulated and not the safest route to go. 💚

Thanks ROCHELLE , taken onboard , what was your 'growth" like ? And on what mgs , I have ordered the 500mgs caps , so might only take it once a day....and will see if It gives me any bad side effects
