Title: Iphones and Susan's?

Anyone know what is going on with accessing Susan's on an iPhone? I was trying to get on last night and for some strange reason, it was saying that I was a guest and was banned, and even today I tried the same thing and it kept popping up saying I was banned. However I'm on my laptop right now, after trying my iPhone again, and I'm able to access the site with no mention of a ban.

I have had that happen in the past... if you have a VPN, turn it off.. close any Susan's tab that is open... delete history/data/cookies and then try logging in again... Should do the trick! 😀👍

As Ashley said, iPhones and Macs use iCloud Relay. It isn't a full VPN like on a PC, but it works in the same way.
You can manually turn it off in your Settings. Then leave it off, or turn it off and on as needed.
Turn iCloud Private Relay off
Go to Settings > [your name] > iCloud > Private Relay, then tap Private Relay.
Do one of the following:
Turn off iCloud Private Relay temporarily: Tap Turn Off Until Tomorrow.
Within 24 hours, iCloud Private Relay will turn back on automatically. If you want it to resume sooner, follow the instructions for turning it on at any time.
Turn off iCloud Private Relay completely: Tap Turn Off Private Relay.
For information about turning off iCloud Private Relay temporarily for a specific website, see Temporarily allow a website to see your IP address.

Hope this helps.
And no, you are not banned. Spammers and hackers attack the site through the iCloud Relay (among other VPNs and TORs), so that access is blocked.
If the link above doesn't work for you, let me know and I will paste the text here for you and others who have this issue.
