Title: My first post-op orgasm... (First time update)
Post by: Lin on June 20, 2007, 04:12:48 PM
Just 1 day before 3 monthes post-op, I just got my first clito orgasm! The feeling was great and as intesive as the pre-op one. What surprised me was that it wasn't so difficult to get there. I used the similar pre-op way to masturbate, and the feeling turned out pretty much like my pre-op dry orgasm. After that I got quite tired immediately; however, not long after, I got aroused again, and I was able to get the second orgasm... Now I'm just 3 monthes post-op and pain free that is very important, cause when you feel no pain, you become more brave and more comfortable to play yourself, and that helps you to get there... At present, I still feel my dilation is very tight, but I'm pretty sure when my dilation gets less tight and more comfortable, the chance to get vaginal orgasm would be quite high... I'm looking forward to it... Btw, I'm a Dr. Brassard girl, class of March, 2007.

Well done Asian Rose !

I had my first post-op "O" on day 151 "yes I was counting  ::) " ..... it was shall I say WOW   ;D  ;D  ;D (!), it came, faded, came, faded, in waves and went on and on for soo long, so similar to my old orgasms when I was not "T-inibited" by AAs, but just so much more intense.

Had lots of orgasms since, but its far from automatic, I really need to be relaxed and thinking the right thoughts too, but none have come remotely near that first time  :( .

Maybe I'm still inhibiting myself by trying too hard  :-\ ?

Hi Laura, thanks. Actually I count everyday too, and my first post-op orgasm was on day 91... I guess most of us count the number of day after the op... I was counting on which day I'd leave the hospital, on which day the stent would be taken out, on which day I can start to do what, and there were so many first time this or that happened during the period, first time walking outdoor, first time wearing highheels, first time wearing pants/jeans, first time crossing legs, first time playing tennis... and now I'm looking forward to my first time doing rollerblade, first time cycling, first time intercouse and maybe first time vaginal orgasm!!!  ;)

PS. If you feel you might be inhibiting yourself by trying too hard, maybe just be a bit more relaxed, and sometimes adult videos or books might help too...

You're more than welcome, Tink. In fact, I've been like to say thank you to you and Steph since a long time for sharing your post-op experiences here. Cause during the first  2 monthes of my post-op recovering period, actually I checked up every of all your post-op posts, and that helped and encouraged me a lot, cause at that stage I was fighting with pain, mostly staying in bed alone and doing endless dilation everyday, so at that time the most interesting thing for me was to read your posts and compare your expereinces to my own situation... You know what? Actually I was not only counting the days for myself, but also counting on day xx, what you were able to do, according to your posts... When I found my recovering speed was similar to yours, I feel much releif and secure...

Now it's been around 3 and 1/2 monthes after my op, and I'm pain free and able to get 2-3 times clitor orgasm per week regularly, and I started to play tennis at around 2 monthes post-op (was difficult at begining), and now I can run fast and play competetive tennis...

PS. I've never visited a forum like this one before my op, and I just found it after the op, while I stayed in bed everyday with my laptop... I appreciate so many friends sharing their expereinces and knowledges here... I haven't posted more messages here as I wish, cause my English is not so good (my third langauge), so hope I didn't make too many mistakes for you to understand what I wrote...

I think I am going to "save myself" for a partner to get me off. I am not dating anyone but I have a couple prospects and one woman told me flat out that she wants "some of that" when I get back. Something tells me she would work it out for hours if  need be.

i had mine about 4 months after my SRS and it took a lot of work.

I think the best thing about orgasms now is what you can do to get there.
for me, nothing beats the shower head  :embarrassed:

POV from an ftm:
I doubt you're trying too hard, Laura.
I have no idea about a 'male' orgasm, but the female orgasm varies greatly. It's almost a different experience every time. Sometimes it takes less than 2 minutes to get off, sometimes it takes 15. The only time mine take any longer than 10 min is when I'm on some types of medication. Also, (and I suspect it's the same with male orgasms) if it's been a while since your last one, it's going to be so strong you can barely handle it.
Over time, you'll notice which way you need to be touched to achieve which orgasm you're in the mood for.
And don't forget to stretch your limbs afterwards. The muscles tense up and can be so rigid, it's hard to walk following an orgasm. You'll get the hang of it.  ;)

Talk about profound. I don't have 'em that often, cause I'm never in the mood, but when I do, I am worthless for the rest of the day. The effect lasts for hours afterward, and the emotional side effects lasts for days. That is where the 'glowing' thing comes from. It's real.

Asianrose,

within your writing it comes across that you are such a bubbly-living life kind of girl. It is a pleasure to read of your adventures post-op and I wish for you every success in all you do. Take it steady, give the body time to heal... remember that you have had major surgery and your body needs time to adjust.

I too have a list of things that I want to achieve..... goes back to my teenage years. The first bikini, the first thong, (which fits and looks right) I refused to wear one pre-op. the first low-cut dress or top... etc the list was quite long... Have achieved many of these now but there are still some to do... all good fun.

Well here goes, I had my first orgasm, 6 weeks post-op (Organically)< My husband. I was informed by my surgeon, that it was okay, and I could start having sex 6 weeks after my surgery. It was an amazing feeling! However, it takes a little pressure and manipulation to get there. My neo clit is quite electrifying and sometimes a bit to sensitive for me. It's not as wet or messy as a male orgasm, nor is it dry for me. I get a little clear discharge. Not much just a drop or so. Medical science amazes me, WOW!

You know, it is my understanding that sometimes (perhaps most of the time?) post-op women claim not to feel anything during sex after SRS.  While this may be true for some women, I think it also depends on the partner of such women!  If the partner is a dull person who doesn't know how to please a woman, well, I'm sorry to say but such woman will never feel anything at all; however if the partner knows "his game" (talking from the perspective of a hetero girl here), things will turn out differently.  ;D >:D

How do I say this? The penetration of my neo vagina. I'll try to say this in my own experience. The penetration feeling for myself, without the my neo clitorous involved. There is not much pleasure or pain felt inside my neo vagina. It feels like a little numbness, and alot of pressure, is how I would describe it, like putting something where it does not belong. In order for me to feel pleasure, I need to press and rub my clitorous up against my partner to feel stimulated. All pleasure and pain comes from the neo clitorous. Thus, without the pressure or stimulation of the clitorous, There is not much pleasure in penetration itself.

That's just excat the feeling that I could anticipate so far for penetration... Though I could have had penetrative sex earlier, my bf and I decide to wait a bit longer until I feel more comfortable and less tight/pressure down there... Cause if only one side can get pleasure from love-making, the love-making would be always like missing something...

I have been able to orgasm for the last 5 months using a vibrator, but have yet to have penerative sex.  I have been seeing my bf for a few weeks now, but we haven't slept together as yet.

My orgasms are certainly better than anything I have experienced previously.

I tried my best to describe it. But if I may. I did say that "there's no pleasure in penetration itself." However, being able to finally be intimate the I've always imagined or fantasized is where the pleasure comes from. It's a mental thing. The brain says " Yes, this is how it should have always been." And with doctors being able to add the added benefit of sensation to the neo clit, It's a win, win, situation for most.

ten weeks now, I had my first orgasm six weeks out, clitorally with a vibrator.

I haven't been with a partner yet. After many years and more partners than I would admit to, I don't think I have ever had sex and not enjoyed it. The thought of having sex now with a partner is almost overwhelming to me, I don;t think I will be disappointed but I will soon find out, as soon as I decide to say yes.

Just got my totally new passport in hand yesterday!!! (Name changed and Gender corrected about one month ago) Again, very satisfied with the services of Canadian federal goverment... The lady at the passport office was very professinal and nice... everything just went through so "normal"...

Anyway, now I'm looking forward to my first post-op oversea voyage (3 weeks vacation)... leaving for Paris next week with my beloved bf, and it'll also be my first time to meet his family in France... excited while a bit nervous though... just cant wait...

Just met Dr.Brassard this afternoon for my regular followup, and I was told I'd been totally healed... He gave me an A+ :eusa_dance:, and now I'm allowed to do anything as a normal woman... The next followup will be my first anniversary, which sounds a bit far away... Anyway, I'm still going on counting the days...  ;)

Hi all, and Tink,

I just found this thread only tonight and I been here nearly a month now. I have been post opp for 4 years now. It feels kind of strange or awkward talking about this kind of stuff with other people, "Cindy blushes." But hells bells, yes the orgasms are way more intense then before, just using a vibrator at this time. My mate is a pre-opp and basically it will be a little while longer before she gets her SRS and she is really not interested in having sex until after she has had her surgery. So I really don't have any idea what having sex with another is like yet...well....as a female that is. That is going to be all news to me. Something else I have never given though to and that is,.... well..... after she gets the surgery, does that make us officially lesbians? now that's something else that is new to me also. I guess that makes me a virgin as well... well.... in the female role that is.  ;D Any other TS lesbians in this thread?

Hi  Katia

Well I would not want to go back to the simpler days, even though some of it was really fun. In those simpler days, it would have been much harder to transition if at all.  Well Christine Jorgensen was during those simpler times when I was in my early teens . Also Canary Conn did her transitioning in the 60's and I was living in a Hippie commune back in 62, They thought I was a girl and took me in as a girl. I never bothered trying to dissuade them of that notion. I had my hair down to my backside and peach fuzz on my face, I still got long hair which is down to mid back. I even went out with a boy for a time in the comune, actually my first flame but fortunately, it never got to the point of letting him put his shoes under my bed.

Well, I decided to cool it as far as rushing into sex goes. I am now three months out and last night, I had my first really intense orgasm. It was quite enjoyable and the neighbors may have enjoyed it too. :)

For now, I am happy just pleasuring myself. I imagine I have a lot to look forward to!

My AA sponsor and I have been talking about sex and guys a lot lately, she is discouraging me from jumping into giving it up too fast and then feeling used. I mentioned that I didn't really like guys anyway. She said something to the effect that well you could have fooled me as you talk about all the guys pursuing you all the time.

I think some of us were in denial when we had the old parts and could not have a normal relationship with men. Now we can!

Hi everyone and it is good to hear AsianRose you are so happy with your srs and everything!  Can anyone answer my question like for example:

I am going to get a orchiectomy next month - bilateral.  and I want to know if I will have any sexual feelings at all.  I currently ta spiro, estradoil and progesterone every day and before I have been on injections for nine years.  I donnot hardly ever get an erection and that is GREAT!  I love it.  But, my penis (only my soft penis) still has feelings.  The question is, will I have any sexual feelings at all?  and will my penis be just like one of my fingers of my hand?  I donnot understand.  Can someone please help me with this infomration?  Advance thank you very much for you helping me with infomration and have a great day!

Life does give us a lot of surprises in one year after SRS, doesn't it?  ;)  I'm so happy for you, Asianrose.  Yes indeed, it does seem like a  million years ago, but sometimes it seems like it were yesterday, go figure! :)

Thank you, Tink. Yea, sometimes it seems like many many years ago, and sometimes it's just like happened yesterday... and sometimes it's also like a dream...such an amazing dream, or maybe we can say it's a dream coming true... Anyway, whatever life is going on... I did cry and smile at my 1st anniversay... :)

Thank you very much, Rommie. I really wish everything will go well for you... It actually takes a good one year to get totally healed, and to be feel really 100% ok, probably need even longer... so patience is the key word... Many thinks again and best wishes to you!

Thanks for posting all of this information. I'm at 63 days post op and it's nice to read the above. It's nice to see an approximate plan time to get back to 'normal'

Hi MCMCyn,

Congradulation to you being 2 monthes post op. That reminds me that I was struggling against pain and dilation at that stage last year, and at the same time the worst part had passed, and I felt more back being human at that time... hopes are just ahead and not far there...  I wish you fast recovery!

As our driver's card, and many other documents, say F - for female, enjoy just everyday simple feminine experiences! I love waking in the morning in one of my nightgowns and panties - that fit right now! After my shower and other Female waking rituals; I get some coffee.

ALL OF THIS is now completely natural to me like auto pilot. (You can get there - patience BECAME, one of  my expanding virtues. Then get ready for work, where I am expected to wear professional feminine attire. Fresh Lingerie, now Victoria Secret or (their are to many to mention) other selections, I put on a slip - Only for work days now! But matching designer bra and full panty sets make me feel pretty, secret, and feminine everyday.

I fix my freshly washed hair style (from my salon), my nails, maybe touch up; and begin applying my make-up. (I owe this more to my patient friends and loving Mom, than anything.

In short, I love being a young woman including dealing with 'everything'. Attitude is 90%. Lisa69
