Part 1. Pre~op
Firstly, let me reintroduce myself. I am LOVE. A few of you may have seen me post awhile back about my journey with Dr Chett. The week of my surgery date everything seemed to be going so wrong. My flight was delayed due to snow storm reasons(twice! it hardly ever snows here!!!) a dear relative became deathly ill ( RIP) torn between my destiny and my reality. I decided to post pone, with it being the day of surgery... basically all the 2k something that I put towards my srs...was a waste...no bueno. Although Dr. CHETT, did try to work with me and was very kind with trying to fit me in... it was just so much. So I took a loss.
After that happened... I hated to even post at Susans. I didn't want to tell everyone that was following my journey, that this was going on.
So now I'm here. Again. THIS time, not with Dr. CHET, but this time with Dr. IVAN. Not much information on him. So jere is a quote from an email from his sweet assistant, Ms Christina.
"Dr Ivan has been doing
(Continued) ....SRS surgeries for many years now on his own Mexican patients, (just since 2005, more than 100!) but has started offering his services to medical tourists just since last year. He worked at a clinic that did a lot of TG patients so, high volume but not his OWN clinic just dedicated to SRS... understand? As I said in the intro letter, this is really about trying to offer something absolutely unique and truly of quality, experience and integrity to the transgender world.
Everyone else is either a plastic or general surgeon-turned-TG surgeon... even in Thailand... Mexico has nothing equal to what we are offering! =) Dr Ivan is a RECONSTRUCTIVE UROLOGIST so even when he's NOT doing SRS surgeries, urology and reconstructing all different genitals, whether it's a child or infant with a birth defect or malformation, to traumatic reconstructions on adults, etc etc... reconstructing parts "below the belt" is what he DOES.
Dr CArlos Mendez is our plastic surgeon and he does the esthetic surgeries (including the labia construction) and handles ALL the post op follow ups. =)
Lastly, DR Ivan is the ONLY Mexican surgeon invited to be a guest surgeon with the famous and respected Dr Marcie Bowers SRS surgeon from California!"
My reason for cjosing him was based on location/results/price. In that order. So follow my you all. Ill answer any questions you have about this.
Update April 14/2015:
Surgery date is set for june 26. Dr ivan requires you to purchase soul scource dialators. So im buying one every 2 weeks. The orange one will arrive today or tomorrow. Excited to see how big this one is. Seems that everyone has a lot to say about him. The hotel was included in his price of 10995 . So everything from surgery cost and operational was included. My srs letter has been sent . The next thing and final thing would be to have my test ran.. which thats no biggy but I will call and make an appointment today to insure that I can do it in time. Christina, the informationista lol, or the person who supplies you with the information through email back and forth... feels like a friend next door. Seriously, very kinda and sweet. Oh and reachable! You can call the office and she answers . The surgical.procedure that im having done is srs with the urethra and scrotum to lengthen the vagina. The urethea will give me aome lubrication and more feeling inside the vagina. This technique is unique from dr ivan. Thats all the updating for now, untill next month .

His website is sexchangemexico.com . Not much there associated with the website as its still in reconstruction. However if you email christina, she informs of all faqs. I heard about this doctor theough yourtube video . She had recently went there.. I actually spoke with to girls who have had srs with him and both love the outcome. He workked alongside of dr bowers . I have seen results and I live them!

Thank you! Im excited. Next month is the biggggg month!!!! Yayyyy!!!!!! Just ready to start healing!!! My pricings were for 2014 which was 10995. Everything included such as hotel ect. Not having and other procedures while im there.
I'm very interested to see how it all goes. I think when my mom looked into Bowers for me she came back with the rough price of 40k for the whole thing, so if it all goes well for you (and I hope it does) it might give some of us a cheaper alternative. That said I'm kind of wary of surgeries done in Mexico. I've heard some good things and some really bad things and everywhere in between. 10k sounds far more of a doable price, can't wait to hear the next update. =)

Oh I deff will keep all updated. I will update on things soon. Yeah the cost was stunned me and the ruslts and the fact ive apoke with two girla who went to him. I went to dr cardenas in mexico... so I was like great, a place im familar with.

I received my quote from Christina today. Dr. Ivan has increased his prices to 13k usd for 2015. All inclusive. Still one heckuva deal. I've asked her for Post-op references that she alluded to in her email. Love, did you get in touch with some ladies who had surgery with Ivan? Im' also wondering to if the price of food is included in the 13k. It looks like the trip is three weeks, so I hope the added expense of feeding myself won't be a factor. :)
I'll also mention that this is about 3.5k less than Brassard recently quoted me.
Yes that is still an awesome deal. I did speak with a few ladies on the surgery. One im a friend with on fb.. ive seen her reaults and its a natural anatomy vagina. As well as jessica, havent seen hers im not sure of, but I did speak with her. She is the one that I saw on youtube about his surgery. Breakfast is included as well as hospit food, of course. However id youd like meals for after breakfast when you arrive to your hotel.. it is on you.

Update May 10th, 2015
Sooo! 44 more days to go!!! Excited. I've recently spoke with Christina about settling my surgery fees. You do have to make at least a payment in everything else besides the actually surgery fee 30 days before you leave. I leave for Guadalajara on june 23. I will arrive there at 8pm. As soon as I get there I will rest until the next day. However, since im arriving a day early, christina is going to contact dr ivan to see if I can move my surgery date up. Which is on the 26. There will be three surgeons in the room with me. Dr ivan will construct everything ( hes an reconstructive urologist) and dr carlos is going to do the aesthetics. The other doctor, well, there to supervise and to help. The hotel room that I will have will have a full kitchen, my taxi driver will be ble to take me to thw grocery store to stock up on groceries for the weeks. I have two more dilators to purchase. However ill purchase them all before I leave. I still need to have my test done before I leave, however if you decide that you. An have them done, they will charge you 100 dollars for the two test. A few weeka before I leave I will go and find some gowns that ill be able to wear around the hotel as well. I did ask Christina how long would it be to be able to swim or have sex, dr cardenas says 6 weeks... however I dont think itll be this soon. Not sure.. ill just hold off for a few months. Im not really nervous, just excited. Ready for it to be over! I know it will be here really soon. Until later,

May 28th , 2015.
Im laying in bed, it's morning right now and in about 10 minutes i need to get up and get ready for work. The past few nights i have been dreaming dreams. Either sex after post op (idky) or the actual post op surgery itself. But last night i dreamed i arrived at the hospital. It looked like an abandoned home. Really scary! So i walk inside to see a couch and hear someone snoring. So i wait tor about 2 hours for them to wake up. No answer. The walls were grimy and yucky.. Literally it was a small house. I walked outside to see what the sign read just to be sure and i was at the right place . i went and opened the door with the sleeping man, he was shirtless laying face down on the bed.. He seen me looking and started charging at me!!! I immediately woke up. In my dream i felt so disappointed. I have been sorta hating to dream here lately.. All because it evolves around srs and im not sure what i get. Of course id rather get a good dream, but the bad dreams..nope.. Keep them sandman! So my surgery is in a few weeks on June the 26. I leave for Guadalajara on the 23. Ive ordered the 3rd dilater from soulsourse . hell, all of them are big to me lol. I sit there and pull them out my suit case from time to time and think, wow.. Is this really going to be in me in a few weeks?? Geesh. If you read my recent post on my last visit to the doctor, you would know my doctor told me she could not see me anymore because it went against her beliefs. Since this happened i don't have a primary doctor anymore, so i cant get the required test here. I called Christina and explained to her what happened and she said for 200, i could get them dome there. So luckily i had already booked my flight a day earlier. I have been packing a long the way to insure i don't forget anything. Cause i will procrastinate out the ass lol. Also, i just found out.. Dr cardenas does use an epidural during surgery to numb the pain down there.. Which is ok to me lol! So now, i need to get up and get ready for work! ::)

June 6th 2015 update:
so a few more weeks to go... Be over already!! Lol. There's not much to update however I just recently purchased my last dilator, light Blue one. I dont have any dreams anymore since i got busy focusing on aomething else. It is a major relief because now, i domt think about srs all day. Dont get me wrong, no words can express how i feel that in a few weeks it will be all over, but the preparing and the inconvience that it has on my life is so much not needed. Just cant wait for it all to be over so i can focus on ''normal'' things .. Such as.. Rent..and shoes.. Lmao!!
Nothing really else to report
However.. The hotel does have free wifi ! No calling back to the states for free tho. So they recommend to download an app to reach close family and friends.

So the time is coming.
srs this friday omgoshhh!!
My plane leaves tomorrow so i wont be able to post until i get to my hotel. I will be sure to post pictures of the hotel.. Ect. My srs surgery is 100% paid in full. So thats all checked off. Not looking forward to the ride tomorrow, althought its not that bad. I leave my state at 1pm and arrive at Guadalajara at 8pm.. So not bad at all. Havent spoke to Christina any. Dont really have anyquestions. I did download the app Magic jack, which is a great way to use wifi to call to a family member you know..coolest thing is , they dont have to have the app!! :-* >:-). I am going alone . so im just ready to get away! Cant believe it is this friday.. Whoeeee.. And to think i started saving back in december. Glad to be close to putting this all behind me!!
Ill update tomorrow when i arrove at the hotel!!

Update JUNE 23
So here i am.. In the hotel room.
Lets relapse on my day. Caught flight at 1pm. I thought i was going to have trouble due to the fact my passport is in my old name and before some ffs. However i still was mamed all day. Haha. The first flight i was on, took me to texas. Half way here i was already feeling nauseated from the plane flight. Oh.. And my ears.. My ears were popping hunny! Spend about one hour before we boarded the plane to Guadalajara. I went through customs with a breeze. Also exchanged some money for groceries here. Not sure what to make as the hotel has no pots and pans!! But it has a stove.. Guess im tk buy my own pot.. Anywho.. Arrived at the hotel and it seems that they were having issues finding my reservation. Due to the fact i came one day early it through the hotel off im suposed. However, christina did mention that the confirmation does state im suppose to arrive this day. So appeared to be a mix up. It took about 15 to 20 to get this situated. I was already pooped from the plane. Came in the hotel call mom and best friend and took a shower, washed my hair and ate a snack. Im not to eat anything after 12 as i have test in the a.m . i will update tomorrow and post pictures.

UPDATE June 24th.

Woke up around 7 a.m. really couldnt sleep much. I could not eat as i had pre op testings to be done at 10:00 a.m. this is optional however. You can chose to have them done with your doctor. The first look at the hospital, its literally right down the street from the hotel. Driver pepe took me to the hospital to get the test. I will be honest with the good and the bad of everything. The language barrier with pepe was almost impossible to know what he was saying. He is a new driver and did not know anything.. Well i didnt either. I felt as if i was lost.. Didnt knpw what actually went on. Meanwhile at the hotel, my phone is not working so i could not call out at all. The hotel service ignored the first request to check it out. Was hoping when i got back it would be fixed. At the hospital, its not new. Nothing sparkly. It looks like majority of mexico. As if the walls are made of clay and it looks to be an old hospital. I was taken in this little hallway, which tends to be a waiting room for blood prep. A few people were standing around awaiting their turn. It was pretty fast, i then went into a small room.. Maybe the size of a back seat of a car without the seats. Lol. She drew the blood and that part was done. Next thing on, i went to get the ekg. . . or whatever thing. Walk into this room that appeared to be something you might see in abandoned hospital type. It seem old to me. Layed on the table after ridding my shirt. A doctor, not "the doctor", came in and did the ekg. Done. After i left i came back to the hotel. The phone was not fixed. Called christina and told her, she said that she demanded them to have it fixed immediately. Mewhile, im hungry. . i tell christina about pepe and the language barrier. She said fernando, my was to be driver, thought he would be making all the erands with me and said she would fix it right away. Fixed she did. I requested fernando pick me up and take me to walmart. I found a few things far as foods and wipes. The drivers charge 20 usd and hour to go anywhere medically unnecessary. Got my things back to the hotel room. Noticed the phone was still not working. I went to the from desk and ordered piZza and informed them that my phone was still not working. The receptionist told me to dial 9..i knew it wasnt working thoo. So i just said forget . they ordered my pizza ...and the pizza came in about fifteen mins.. Around the hotel, walking distance to a few fast food and restraunts. Very conveinent. I Just didnt want to walk. Call christina and told her anout the found.. She said that she lashed out on them and demanded the phone be fixed in thirty mins. It was fixed in about 15 mins. Way to go christina.. I guess lol.
So far.. I cant really say anything about the experience here. It does seem all over the place. I will do an overall opion after all is done. There is another girl here, havent met her yet. She will be getting her surgery the day after me.
Next up::: tomorrow i go to consultation at around 10 to 12. I will start the bowel cleansing tomorrow and surgery on friday.

I found a few things far as foods and wipes. The drivers charge 20 usd and hour to go anywhere medically unnecessary. Got my things back to the hotel room. Noticed the phone was still not working. I went to the from desk and ordered piZza and informed them that my phone was still not working. The receptionist told me to dial 9..i knew it wasnt working thoo. So i just said forget . they ordered my pizza ...and the pizza came in about fifteen mins.. Around the hotel, walking distance to a few fast food and restraunts. Very conveinent. I Just didnt want to walk. Call christina and told her anout the found.. She said that she lashed out on them and demanded the phone be fixed in thirty mins. It was fixed in about 15 mins. Way to go christina.. I guess lol.
So far.. I cant really say anything about the experience here. It does seem all over the place. I will do an overall opion after all is done. There is another girl here, havent met her yet. She will be getting her surgery the day after me.
Next up::: tomorrow i go to consultation at around 10 to 12. I will start the bowel cleansing tomorrow and surgery on friday.

Woke early this morning to go to the breakfast buffet. It was ok.. Nothing im use to. Below you can find a pic. You have the choices to choose between a small variety of things. Also, a fruit section. Around 12 a.m i went for my consult with the doctor. Dr ivan wasnt there, but the cosmetic surgeon , Dr. Carlos was. He is the one that does the outter appearance. Dr ivan, an urologist is the onr that constructs. We went over my test and what will happen in surgery. Everything was good with my test. Dr carlos.. Is dreamy. Very handsome and young looking. He has good English.. Enough to understand him. He gave me 3 enemas . i insert them into the rectum and leave the fluid in for five mins .. Then run to the bathroom! I do this in an increment of 4 hours apart. No food for me for the rest of the night. I may only drink liquids. Yogurt is ok. He checked my genitalia to check for adequate donor. He said if i did not have enough he would take from my bikini line. When i pulled my pants down he stated.. Wow.. You have such a beautiful shape. Lol ive always been curvy however, coming from him.. Made me crush on him that much more!! I did have enough donor. However he stated if i did not, the bikini line it be. Surgery is at 10:00 tomorrow... See you all on the other side!!

Hi all. Thank you for all of your concerns . I apologize that I was unable to update sooner. I'm not going to give great details now as I'm trying to rest , but indeed will later. However surgery was a success . I was in the hospital for about four days . One day later due to fevers . I've been running a fever on and off here lately, so the doctor took the packing out but said I was not to dial are until Saturday . I hope I don't lose depth because of this. I did get a chance to take a look at my vagina, it's amazing. Absolutely amazing . Hurts, but very nice . I've had some bad experiences but I will touch on that a little bit later .

Let's recap shall we: dates June 26th ~ July 5th.
Date of surgery, June 26th. I was admitted into the hospital around 10a.m . The first room I was in wasn't much of anything. A bed and a tv. In the corner it did have a black couch. I put my belongings on the black couch and was instructed to change into a hospital gown. I waited on the bed to be wheeled to the opportunity room. Quite a few nurses walked in and asked me the same healthy history questions . The doctor, dr Ivan, Walked in and talked with me for a few moments. Instructing me again, what is going to take place.Dr Ivan is very charming. He called me his candy girl, haha. Very sweet and aggressive. I like it. He makes me feel like he will take care of me . Around 12 I'm wheeled into the room waiting for dr Ivan and dr Carlos to prepare for my surgery . As I lay on the bed, a few nurses come over and ask me health history questions all over again. This one guy tho was a treat. He was quite flamboyant and confesses that half of the male nurses are gay. And so was he. Lol it was quite funny . All I wanted to do was have it over with lol . So about 30 mins to an hour, I was wheeled into the operating room. All the doctors were there. The moved me to a silver table . They were quite funny and I began laughing loud. Lol . Dr Ivan and Carlos are so cool. Few moments later I'm getting general anesthesia put into my Iv . I feel a sense of calmness . At tho point I'm just laughing because it's like I've stepped out of my body. Few moments later , I just calmed down . Next thing you know I wake up. I'm in the same room before operation. I feel the tubes. I did get facial work down too . Nose and chin . So I feel like cars are up my nose at this time . I peek under and see I have medical cloths and tape hiding my genitalia . At this time there isn't any pain . I do slightly feel the sensation to pee. This was the catheter. Also the blood drain feels like your getting a shot on upper part of you genitalia that won't go away . At some point they wheeled me into another room, where they had brought my things from the old room. This room was more of the rooms I'm use to back in the states . Much bigger. I asked the nurse for my phone. She said she could not find it . So I assumed maybe it was in my things . I drifted to sleep. I woke up in discomfort. The nurses throughout the night came to give me medication through Iv . Most of them did not speak English . I asked for my phone again and the nurse stated that they could not find my phone. At this time I'm worried , as that was the only device for communication I had. My lips were dry as I had not ate anything since the prior day of surgery and I could not drink anything . The Iv was there to keep my hydrated . The day passed and no sign of my phone . Different nurses came in checking on me, draining my catcher we back and blood drain . I was to leave on Sunday , however I began running a fever . The nurses did bring me some Tylenol for fever and it worked temporary. My fever was bouncing up until Sunday . I left Monday to come back to the room. Without a phone, no contact . One of the nurses had stolen my phone . The hospital said that they had "fired " the nurse . Being at the hotel was uncomfortable. Especially at night. With the drains and such could hardly move. I hate this hotel. It has bugs and they are very slow at responding to needs .. Not hours slow.. But days slow. Absolutely horrible. Christina fired fernando the driver around this point and hired a new driver. She is so sweet. Really pretty. Forget her name at this moment. Very helpful, a lot better than fernando. Throughout the week I'm dealing with the same thing . Can't sleep at night . So much discomfort, can't really move . On Thursday July 2nd I've started running fever again . So I had to go back to the hospital . Dr Carlos removed the vagina packing as he believed I was having an allergic reaction to the latex packing . I was still not to dilate . This did worry me as I did not want to lose depth. Since being back, nurses would come daily to check on me and to help me clean myself . A nice nurse allowed me to borrow her phone for a few days . That's how I'm able to update . On July 4th . I went to the doctor to have the catheter removed and to start dilating . I forgot to add, he had already took the blood drain out at the time of takin the latex packing out . When he took
The catheter out it was a burning sensation. The same sensation you get if you drink way to many sodas. However instant relief!!! Not having that on is absolutely amazing!! He dilated me with the number 2 dilated(blue) I was able to get it almost to the fourth dot . So great depth .

I have started dilating as of yesterday . I'm on number 2 souls source. I have good depth . It feels like a lot of pressure when putting it in . The longer I have it it the more uncomfortable it gets. I also started peeing alone yesterday. Really insteresting because I have to concentrate on peeing since everything so swollen there . No vagina sensation yet, however I do feel weird sensation all of the getalia around night time .

Yes it sucks to have a phone stolen . Especially when you are not in your state, let alone out the USA. The hotel is nothing like the website IMO . It's a lot older than what it looks . Hotel service isn't so great. My hot water turns on and off . I'm not talking about it gets cold... I'm talking about it literally turns off . I've seen two roaches the size of a mouse . Things were broken here . Would def recommend another hotel if any one came here. There are better ones around.

i have to say im really loving your honest review about the hotel. your really helping others avoid that place. and those roaches sound like mutants. im glad the actual surgery went well

UPDATE 1 month 1 week post op.

July 13 :embarrassed: :embarrassed: On this day I was to go for my final check up with the doctor. I have a slit at the lower labia mijora(or whatev) where the stitches have came. The doctor restitched me up. He numb me there, which hurt like hell. But he done everything right in his office under local anesthesia. ..include cut some tissues off! Weird right!! Yuck. After he finished I said my goodbyes as I'll be leaving on the 15th.
July 14 :P :P the day before leaving was a mess.. I had to pack.. so I really couldn't stand for much to do anything..but it finally got done. I've seen a few big roaches here..which scared me. The other woman that had surgery here as well, never seen a roach in her room! Maybe it's because I'm by the pool.. who knows. She has really been helpful.. and a really nice person. She let me use her tablet to pass time . As my phone was stolen during the surgical procedure. I decided all the food I had bought will go to her. I didn't want it to go to waste. Late that night I went to.her room to say my goodbyes... I did cry! Haha .
July 15 ;D ;D leaving daaaaaaayyy yayy. The driver came around 3 a.m as it took about 45 min to get to.the airport. She was so sweet. I loved her. Awesome woman..and very pretty too. She came with me and showed me the line that I'm to get to get my ticket. Although wrong line. It's the thought that counts. Standing was a mess.. just throbbing all down there at this point. I left guadalajara around 6 and made it around 12 back home. Sitting was very uncomfortable... and it seemed as if I was always in between 2 people on the plane!!! Make sure you set your seats when booking flight !!!
July 15-July 25 :-\ :( ??? Settling in back home was not really fun. I actually didn't know where to start. Things down there still looked good. However I noticed when dilating the stitched area that the doctor fixed, would look like it was coming open again. I tried to just relax and take it easy. Even though I did, the stitches came.back open. I contacted the doctor about it and he said we will need for.it to.heal on its own and informed me to get SUFREXAL (KETANSERINE). This is only sold in Mexico tho. Which sucks. For the next few days I dilate as normal. 2 times a day . One in the morn and one at night.. with number 2 dilater. On a suppose pay day for me.. I did not get paid. The medical documents were not sent to my company for.them to pay me. I was in a whirlwind as I had so much to do and bills to pay!! Long story short.. car stopped..loan needed to be paid.. was to start back work on the 20th, no gas money. My account was in the - horrible. I reached out to Christina and demanded that something be done immediately. As the days go on, things were slowly being resolved. I started back to work and was there for three days before the doctor put me back on leave. I could not sit at my desk without hurting and throbbing there. For me, it's not a cruciating pain.. just an annoyance uncomfortable pain. He put me back.on leave for 2 weeks..my short term was finally approved, but I'd still have to.wait for my money to get to me.
July 26 **the night of hell and heaven**
11:pm during normal dilation I've noticed blood. An excessive amount. Actually I never bled from.vaginal at all much until this. I didn't know what the blood was from and sort have assumed it was from the open stitched wound. It was enough to shock me but not enough to cause concern. I just cleaned up and padded up. I went to sleep after this.
3:am I woke up feeling a feeling of wetness. I turned on the light and blood was everywhere. A scary amount. The pad was soaked. I never seen a pad so.soaked. the covers and my panties and all..filled with blood. I took my handheld mirror and looked at my vagina, and blood was coming from somewhere! I was so scared! I didn't know what to do. I ran into the shower and got under some water to see if it would stop the bleeding as I hold pressure. No! It would not stop. I had a speculation that it was coming from inside my vagina. The tub had bloody water filled in it. After attempting to stop the blood that way, I try to go elevate my legs while laying on my back. I applied pressure but the blood just kept coming. The fear of Going to the e.r and dying because I'll be discriminated against was there. I didn't know what to do.. let alone a doctor that has no clue what to do about a new vagina.
4:am I decided if I did pass out or die, I need to be around someone. I drove to my mother's house where she was up. She seen I was bleeding and put me in the tub and rinse my body. She did an amazing job. She was my angel. She didn't freak out to make me more freaked out. Just near nurturing.
6:am the blood is still coming out of me. My vagina is now creating blood clots.. Half of the side of a banana and the width of 3 fingers. It's making my vagina feel so.tight inside. So big out the outside. It's so gross. I try to dig some of it out of me as it was way to uncomfortable . It ended up coming out of me . I was still bleeding so I my mom.gave me pad and change of clothes and I went to lay down
7a.m I needed to contact the doctor but couldn't as I didn't have a phone. And my mom had not paid her bill as of yet. I had no way of findING out what to do. At this time I woke back up as the pad was soaked and my shirts were stained. I went and used the bathroom and another blood clot slipped out as I pushed to pee. I was so worried. That everything had failed. As If I failed myself. I continued to change clothes. And go lay back down. At this time my mom ran out to pay her bill so I can contact christina. *the reason I didn't have a phone was due to the fact, my phone was stolen in Mexico as well as no money due to medical documents not being sent to my company"
9:a.m still bleeding. I lay there soaked.. and I get up again.. this time I'm just over it. im still bleeding and in just back in the tub..where the final blood clot came out of me. As if I had a miscarriage or baby. I feel different.. don't feel so well. As I was getting out the shower I began to feel faint.. and weak. My ears were getting out and my body was feeling numb. I was trying to walk to my bed to lay down.. end up falling to the floor all I could do is pray. My mom was not there. I was alone. I ended up praying. Then something told me to get back on the bed..which I used all my strength for, and elevate my legs and apply pressure to the site. In this position for 2 hours, the bleeding stopped. My skin color changed and my lips were white. I was so pale.
12:pm reached out to christina. Dr Ivan said it was most likely due to rough dilation and that I need to go to the e.r (which terrified me for the obvious) he said that they would either see if I broke a blood vessel or just massive bleeding due to dilation. I will be honest...I did not go. I don't suggest this, but for me.. and where I live. I was fearful. I did stop bleeding tho.. and allowed myself to rest as at this time I was anemic.
A few days went by and I started feeling better. I began to dilate again when I felt like my body was okay to do so.
I spent the whole week at my mom's just in case. Now I'm back at my home. No bleeding..no problems.. I feel normal.
**random junk** looking from the back with a mirror is nice. Sensation.. I feel throbbing in the clip area.. idk if this is it or what haha.. but sometimes it feels good. When I touch the clip I don't feel to much unless I kinda apply light pressure.. which I'm scared to continually do. In the vagina.. I feel something sometimes.. like tinglea.. I is a pleasant feeling.. but not often feeling. My vagina looks better in real life than on a picture. My mom did say it looks like a vagina.. just swollen. So plus there. I've been horn but can't do anything about it.. so I just hold off. It feels nice to be able to wear panties.. and to.wear stretchy workout pants without tucking.

Thanks. They doctors are amazing.. I love the doctors.. I just think that they need a little more organizing with the things such as a better hotel.. steady drivers..nurses ect.
Well the tingles should be a good sign... like healing, nerves reconnecting...
Its good you are happy with the looks :) .
Concerning the... animals in the room, maybe a few inhabitants before you were not careful with food... if something gets spilled there might be a smell even weeks later... which might attract... this might be an explanation why the other room was clean...
there might be a few easy remedies... I remember essential oils from bergamot or lemon bee balm might help with insects...

I work for a large health care system here in Michigan and this is the reason that I am fighting for transgender inclusion and clinician education. No one should be afraid of these things things when going to an ER while they are in a crisis event. I am so sorry you had to endure this without proper medical care. Do you mind if I share your story with some of the leadership that I work with? I know you live in a different area than where we service (unless you happen to live in Michigan?), but I can see a patient having the same concerns as you if they live in some of the more rural areas that we service. 2 MONTHS post op
Not much to report. Vagina still feels quite numb down there. Haven't had any orgasms. It is starting to come together and get some normality. Dilation has been getting worse.. more painful . I've read somewhere 2 to 3 months are the worser time. Idk have to agree lol. I do get wet I've noticed. But not really a puddle yet. I don't get horny as much.. so maybe that's why.

How do you describe the cosmetic outcome

My honest opinion. 1~10 with 10 being the best.
Vagina cosmetics at two months : 10. It looks like a vagina. My mom has seen it, and second it.
I can cover up the third dot. ... so maybe.
5 and half? I'm assuming. Idk.
Sensation.. it's weird.. I don't have any that I can tell. I do get horny tho, and when I do.. I start feeling sensation but it is for a second and that's it.
So at this moment I would say I don't have sensation. I did think when I tried to masterbate, I was gonna cum. But I never could reach. I wasn't touching the vagina. Just moving the area above the vagina really fast. Sorta like shaking my vagina...lol.
Hospital... I would rate an 8. 8 due to the fact that my phone was stolen. However, Dr bedside manner is good.
The after care is an 8 as well. The hotel is a 1. So I'd suggest asking for another hotel besides the European suite.
Overall.. I give my total experience a 7.
Once I get sensation the overall vagina outcome will be a 100.

Hello all.. I thought I'd give an update . I am a little under two years post op. Healing has finished. I'll try to make this quick. This is my experience. Around my 6 month mark, my vagina closed up. I could not/can't have sex . That leaves me to needing another revision. The appearance of my vagina is less that okay. I'm not pleased with my vagina outcome. The doctor said that I had scar tissue or keloid scarring . Which, could very well be the case. Ice seen a girls result that was there at the time I was and hers is very nice. Mine, :( not so. It's not horrible and wouldn't take much to fix... But it still is odd. Sensation... I do have sensation... I'm not sure where it is coming from but I can have an orgasm.. and if it was for my vagina being closed, I would have an amazing sensation inside. (. I tried having sex with a guy months ago, and even tho the penis would only go in a tad around the fleshy part of the vagina... (If that makes sense ) it felt soooo good.but I couldn't enjoy it and he couldn't enjoy it because of not being able to go in all the way. If I had to do it over, I would have went with chettawut or McGin . I will be probably have a revision next year year.

Yes I am. They have done all they can do rectify the situation, even offered me a discount on the failed surgery, but, I only get one more shot to make this right with the sigmoid. I'm hesitant to go back there ...

I been following your story for a while. I almost went to Ivan when I was real close to doing it. Actually spoke to a Christine but than I was like let me call bowers office and ask her the facts bout him. She taught him nothing he just went to some conference she did. Than I decided on olmec and if I save more it will probably be PAI. I never thought of chett who does not have elevators ... pai at least is in a hospital. Yeah you had to speak to Christina . And yeah he has a doctor to extract the colon and then he does the rest. And yes I do :( unfortunately... But oh well life goes on . I just know next time I will go to a more popular doctor. Regardless of the price . Good girl, u saved yourself. . When do u think you getting the correction ? Another reason I never been a fan of the penile one I mean who would want to go thru such a surgery again. Surgeries freak me out a lil but one does feel good right after it

I'll have to look into that .. but just remember.... It's better to pay more than to have surgery twice and pay MORE than what you could have paid if you just went to someone well known. I wish I had did that

Well... Only because I've read hear that you always should do it first because it's easier they said. But if I had to do it over...I would have done the colon first because of it's naturalness.. it has a blood supply so that helps it accommodate to the new location . I checked out the website for olmec.. good results... Ive never heard of them.. do u know what their prices look like

It's a big review on the page here. He use to be 6k now I believe he is 7500. Look into PAI(Thailand ) also since they are done inside of a hospital with elevator
