I did read and ran across this excerpt from their procedure description that kinda made me a little like 'Darn' but I guess it is all a matter of weighing your priorities and what is most important to you...

However, it does not include urethral lengthening and so you can not stand to void. Tekla: I dont know if you get a choice, but I imagine I would rather have it run along the bottom and less in sight. They dont do the arm skin procedure though, rather the stomach skin one so there would be some gnarly scaring either way.

They use stomach skin for this one? Supposedly that doesn't give sensation. It's supposed to be the arm skin that does.
I think it looks pretty good and also the risks are less which is an added bonus.

At this point I think I'd still rather have a larger clit and a prosthetic. Even if I have to use a stall and a stp device (with a glue-on realistic prosthetic) I at least really need the sensations intact more than I need a real-flesh organ that doesn't quite work.

Well, if you look at the other pictures on the site, of which there are like 3-4 more you see thats not a standard result. In fact there arent any "standard" results, each organ looks different. Put together with no standing urination Id have to say this surgeon wouldnt be an option for me, but I dunno. Go talk to him, see if he has anymore pictures beyond those. Also, see if he'll show you total failure pictures, just so you dont go in with any kind of blinders.
Personally If I was going for Godzilla, I think some of the work done by Stan Monstrey and Sava Perovic looks a little better. The bad part is, most of the pictures are guys just barely post op for Monstrey, and they still need Glansplasty while Perovic is another guy, whos "results may vary". Either of those choices will let you stand up and take a leak, but the major drawbacks are, theyre multisteps, and youre messing up your arm, leg and or side/back - Esp. with Perovic's MLD. It sounds like it involves muscle, and even if you could get some glansplasty with it later, if it ment cutting up my lats the answer is hell no. I couldnt really find any info saying exactly what is or isnt removed from your side however. Thats something for the guy youre looking at, his way seems very noninvasive, which is +++

Thirded on the "normal size and girth" desire. I personally would never pay for a standard meta (as they are now) because my primary concerns are sexual function for my partner, size, and STP capability. A 2-inch clitoris may be able to stand up on its own, but it wouldn't get rid of my pants deficiency or my desire to have as close as I can to heteronormative sex. Phalloplasty is the best we've got for cismen with micropenises, and if I could somehow afford it in 12 years, it would be the best of the (two) options for me.
Micropenis = less than 7cm (2.77 inches) long.
Anything bigger than that is "normal", not "average" but normal.
