Well, if you look at the other pictures on the site, of which there are like 3-4 more you see thats not a standard result. In fact there arent any "standard" results, each organ looks different. Put together with no standing urination Id have to say this surgeon wouldnt be an option for me, but I dunno. Go talk to him, see if he has anymore pictures beyond those. Also, see if he'll show you total failure pictures, just so you dont go in with any kind of blinders.
Personally If I was going for Godzilla, I think some of the work done by Stan Monstrey and Sava Perovic looks a little better. The bad part is, most of the pictures are guys just barely post op for Monstrey, and they still need Glansplasty while Perovic is another guy, whos "results may vary". Either of those choices will let you stand up and take a leak, but the major drawbacks are, theyre multisteps, and youre messing up your arm, leg and or side/back - Esp. with Perovic's MLD. It sounds like it involves muscle, and even if you could get some glansplasty with it later, if it ment cutting up my lats the answer is hell no. I couldnt really find any info saying exactly what is or isnt removed from your side however. Thats something for the guy youre looking at, his way seems very noninvasive, which is +++
