Title: Are there US surgeons who will operate on a 17-year-old with parental consent?

My mother is willing to consent to me having top surgery before I turn 18, but I can't find any information on this. Help? Thanks in advance.

I know a guy in my parent's group just had his top surgery this summer ... he was 16

He went to

Tholen tends to be on the cheaper end of surgeons & does not require a letter

I want to know what Tholen's prices are.  All the results I looked at on transbucket were $8000 or more that is around 2000 more than Garramone.

Interesting .. the guys I know here who have gone to him have said he is under $5000...
