Weird question, but what happens to breast development if you already have pre-existing moobs? Do they create a really weird form? I don't know if they develop different growth patterns depending on what caused them (as in male gynecomastia first and later HRT)

Had the weird idea of measuring mine and using a online calculator (that obviously has not been designed for men) and it was saying something like "38AA". (Went to a gym to make them dissapear, it only made them firmer). No wonder the japanese are coming with these things...

Same thing that happens to a chubby girl who enters puberty. Her breasts develop naturally and appear normal just like any other young woman's. Body fat does have a significant effect on overall size of breasts, but their form depends on genetics (and aging).

Since I was hoverin the 140lb mark when I started HRT and had no muscle content I always had a bit of "moob".  At the end of the day it hasn't affected the way I have grown.

You are older than me I think so our results will be different but if you go through the same stages I do it happened to me like this.

Breasts turns into snoopy nose... eventually fills out... turns snoopy nose again and gets larger... fills out again.  It is a never ending cycle xD
