My voice doesn't seem to crack. I mean, it's gotten deeper. I went from an alto to a tenor 2 so I know it's changing, but it doesn't really crack the way people say it does for them. Is this normal?

Mine hasn't cracked ... I have been on T for 10 months & it is deeper too

Mine cracked so hard motha...nvm. Most of the cracking was at the beginning with the higher end of my voice range.

It's normal (both are).  There is a lot of variation in how human bodies respond to testosterone.

My larynx responded the same way.  It was just a smooth ride down over several months.  You get to the same place, you just don't experience that particular rite of passage.

I'll be ten months on Testosterone 10/8 and mine I've never had any voice cracking that I have noticed; it's definitely deeper as it's been read as male consistently since month 5ish.

I'm 8 months in and mine just got deeper from month 3 onwards with no dramatic drops, etc.  In the last 2 months or so it's started cracking, but it's no deeper than before.

I am so jealous haha.  Mine cracked like crazy for what seemed like forever...which was awesome when I'm on the phone a lot for work and have a meeting to run every other week lol.  Luckily everyone in my meeting knows what's going on so it wasn't super awkward.
It's hard to see through clouds of grey in a world full of Black and White.

mine got a lot deeper from soprano in freshman year then sophomore year the male music teacher asked me if i was a tenor i said idk he said i probably was a high tenor and he asked me to join (made me very proud back then). my voice has been the same until i was on T for 2 months so now it has dropped to a bass baritone or so my friend who sings opera says. my voice has never cracked its gotten temporarily horse then deep.

I've only noticed cracking when I try to sing and realize I can't hit the same high pitches I used to.

*sigh* I'll never be Jimmy Urine...

I think some guys voices only crack if they are excited. Their voice goes up a half octave and creak.
