Hi all,

I am starting hormones in a few days and I am so excited. I was wondering how significant of body changes I should expect though? I am relatively skinny already at 145 pounds but at 6'2. My measurements are currently 33-29-34, and I am hoping that it will change that significantly because I am pretty arrow shaped and I am hoping my waist decreases a lot in inches. What sort of food should I be eating once I start hormones? Also, I regularly play basketball; is that okay still to try and achieve a feminine body, or should I work out in a different way? Thank you everyone and any other advice or tips I would gladly appreciate!

Love you all,

Emma <3

Perhaps I misunderstood, but I think you mentioned in another post, that you were on hormones. It is the one where we are not allowed to give actual dosages.
Sorry if Am I wrong?

No no, maybe I mis-typed. I am starting this week literally, like tomorrow lol. If I said otherwise, I apologize. I am quite excited however :)

It is always exciting. Depending on the dosage, almost euphoric.

Well all I can say is I am starting slow and building up over time, but I think that is what most people do.

Well you are a bit more than relatively thin. This kind of empathises the point http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/health-18770328.

Hormones are hardly likely to make the waist thinner. quite the  reverse but if your lucky your hips & boobs will grow too.

Any food that causes weight gain would be good. at that BMI you probably have a gaunt face. Dunno about basketball but if it's anything like volleyball, the players had boyish figures.

I don't have anything to help with your question, but I did want to say that, aside from 1 inch variation on your 1st and 3rd mesurment, you have a technical hourglass figure. An equal bust and hip measurment with a smaller waist. So thumbs up to that pre-hormones!  ;)
I'll be there someday, I can go the distance
I will find my way, If I can be strong
I know every mile, Will be worth my while

When I go the distance, I'll be right where I belong

Alright thank you for the tips all :) Oh I know, but I want a real hourglass shape eventually because right now I feel like I look like a straight arrow. Thank you all again :)
