SUSSEX Police visited a new support group for transgender young people in Worthing on Monday, September 24, to hand over a cheque.

Community Engagement Sergeant for West Sussex, Peter Allan, presented Face Value with a cheque for £300.

The money will enable the group to design, build and support a website, which will provide useful information and advice for those who want to learn more about transgender-related matters.

Face Value is a project group of Blueprint 22, whose Founder and Project Development Director Amanda Baker said: "We are really grateful to Sussex Police for this donation. The website will enable young people to share their experiences and offer support to others."
