Hello all! I've decided I want to make a recipe book and I was wondering if any of you have delicious recipes you'd like to share?

So far I have:

Pea and paramsean risotto
Mexican style spaghetti
Tex mex tofu scramble
Curry tofu scramble
Sweet potato hash browns
Refried beans
Tater tot casserole

Also i'm not a vegetarian, i have an egg allergy and i really miss eating scrambled eggs so that's why I found the tofu scramble. any and all contributions would be appreciated 🙂
