i was wondering if anyone here knows if its possible for my gf (mtf) to still be fertile.

she's been on hrt (androcur for just over 4 months). she has stopped taking hrt a few days ago.  i am a ftm and am pre hrt. i am 20 and she is 33.

so should fertility return ater a while or would she be sterile?

There are no guarantees either way. MTF HRT / cross-hormone therapy eventually leads to functional sterility in many or most women, which is why someone determined to produce genetic children should sperm bank before embarking on HRT. However many transwomen on androgen blockers and estrogen are still able to produce some functioning sperm right up until orchiectomy or GRS, so couples should use birth control if a woman with a penis and testicles is having sex with a potentially fertile ciswoman and they do not want to get pregnant.
I'm not a medical professional, but four months is not that long.

The best thing to do would have her see a fertility specialist and be tested.  Until then you should assume she is.

If her ejaculate is clear and runny, she may not be producing viable sperm.  If it is thick and milky, she likely is.

she is producing and its starting to get thicker and already milky but not much, we are trying to  get pregnant

Sperm count and the volume of ejaculate are reduced at oral doses of 50 to 300 mg per day. Infertility is usual, and there may be azoospermia after eight weeks of therapy, which is associated with atrophy of seminiferous tubules. These changes have been shown to be reversible upon discontinuation of therapy. Spermatogenesis usually reverts to previous levels approximately three to five months after stopping cyproterone (occasionally up to 20 months). Production of abnormal spermatozoa during cyproterone therapy has not been observed.

Androcur is very powerful and acts quite quickly.  I am afraid she is no longer male in any traditional sense.  Six months on Androcur and the testes are essentially cooked.

Clomid and HCG have been known to re-start the testes but it's a bit tricky.

If you're medically sterile, it doesn't mean you're actually sterile. It takes around 70 days for sperm to become mature. Assuming that she still has the ability to produce sperm,
(1) it would be wise to contact an endocrinologist in the meanwhile
(2) wait for the estrogen levels to wane down as estrogen levels will remain abnormally high even after you stop taking estrogen in comparison to a normal male - this is important b/c estrogen inhibits the proper formation of sperm
(3) see the endocrinologist to get some bloodwork done & ask any questions about fertility
(4) after several months, try taking in a sample of the sperm to be analyzed in the lab to see the motility and such

Some MTF individuals have been able to have children after being on HRT for a long period of time. As everything involving transition, your mileage may vary - YMMV. Good luck. Let us know how the test goes.
