I wouldn't call this love:
1) I go out and buy them when I want to taste their insides
2) I leave them lying prone and helpless until they soften up and their skin changes color
3) I take a dull knife and rip their skins from their flesh
4) I split them in half and discard their hard wood-like hearts
5) I smash them into green paste with a tined instrument
6) I douse them with lime juice (or lemon) to keep their pasty flesh from turning brown
7) I blend salt, spices, and diced vegetables into their remains

I spread their prepared flesh on baked or fried crunchy things and stick them in my mouth.
9) While I devour them, I am known to make them watch television sports - including figure skating and luge.
At least, I wouldn't call this love if it wasn't avocado.
