hi im in the navy and stationed in virginia, its hard to find anyone around here that inderstands my situation being tg, and wanting to start hrt in a while. any help or guidance would be greatly apprecitaed 🙂

One in VB that I know of, at least one in Norfolk when I lived there (I moved away two years ago). Richmond also has at least one.
