I just had top surgery with Dr. Garramone on Tuesday, I've been feeling pretty decent all week. I've not really been in any pain from the drains/incisions, and have only taken the vicodin to deal with the soreness the binder gives me at night. So far, so good. I'll be getting my drains and bandages removed tomorrow, and I'm hoping everything's been doing well under the wrap!

Surprisingly enough, I have almost use of my arms. I just feel very lethargic and want to stay in bed all the time, ahaha. I'm not bleeding a lot, and my drains seem to be clearing up quickly.

I may have scratched a tiny bit of tape off near the top of the binder, it gets very itchy. Thankfully, it's not touching any of my incisions and I can keep the area compressed and sterile. But so far, so good.

I'd recommend Dr. Garramone if you're willing to go to Florida. He's well-priced, almost all of the results I've seen on other guys look excellent, and he's easy to communicate with. I was terrified going in, as I'd never had surgery before, and everyone was super nice. The guys who had their surgeries on the same day were friendly and it was a really nice experience.

Congrats on surgery!  Glad to hear things are going well so far.

I'm going in May, and luckily it's right near my house so I'll be home that afternoon.  I'm so excited!  I can't wait!

Awesome! The more I hear about Dr. Garramone, the more excited I am. I am going to him and flying back to the states to do it. I hope everything goes well with the drain removals and the rest of your healing process!

Thanks everyone! I had my drains removed yesterday and had my first real shower today. I took a look at my chest. There's only a little bit of swelling and the smalled amount of puckering near the incisions, nipples look like they will survive, and I definitely don't have dog ears. My side are a bit swollen/irritated near my former drain sites, so I put a little care in cleaning them today, and put some neosporin on to be safe.

I actually have decent mobility, I'm able to put on tanks and larger shirts without help, and can thankfully wrap myself in the ace bandage. It's easier to wear without the drains, and he said it would be okay to wear if I wanted to compress the swelling a bit. Dr. Garramone is a real pro, he did such an awesome job and I'm so happy. One surgery down, a million to go, aha.

Congrats!

I can't wait to go to Dr. Garramone (my dad lives nearby, and he's more than cool with the idea of letting me stay), just saving up the money slowly but surely for it.

As it is, I've only heard good things about Garramone, congrats again!
