Hey guys, newbie here

I've finally decided to start transitioning (yay!), and the first thing I'd like to do is get rid of my breasts, I can't stand them anymore. The thing is, I won't be able to get top surgery until at least a few years - not until I manage to move to another country, as here it's almost impossible for me to access it (not to mention very expensive, and not a single decent surgeon in the country).
So I've been looking into alternatives, and I think I could get a "standard" breast reduction that would be mostly covered by social security and my insurance. From what I've seen, the procedure is very similar to top surgery - they cut at about the same places, and resize/recenter the nipples if need be. If I ask them to remove as much stuff as possible I could be able to bind without pain, even maybe pass without the need to bind at all.
But, I'm worried that getting it would permanently prevent me from getting real top surgery later on for this very reason because of the scar tissues or whatnot.
Does anyone here have any informations or experiences about this situation? Did any of you guys got a breast reduction, can it be a decent alternative to top surgery, if no would it make the latter easier or impossible, etc.
Sorry if I posted this in the wrong section (this place is huge!), and thank you for your time.
