I must believe in myself before I can believe in anything

In order for anything or anyone to have meaning or relevance in my life, I must have meaning and relevance of myself.  Denying myself and not believing in myself and who and what I am is denying the existance of everything, including spirituality and God.

If I cannot see me, then I cannot see God.  God lives inside all of us because He created us.  God created us in two parts: body and spirit.  The third part is all us: our mind/free will (which God also gave us).  How we choose to use these gifts and life is all up to us because of the third part.

I must see myself as a creature/human that deserves love, compassion and consideration before I can give it to others.

So I must be true to myself before I can be true to the spiritualness of love.

When I stop loving myself, then I have no love to give to anyone else because I void of love.

It is often hard and difficult to love ourselves because of all the negative forces and statements that surround us.  Just believe and love yourself enough to know that God does love you and is always there for you because He lives inside of you.

We are created by Him and will survive and succeed thru Him with the 2 commandments that bring everything and everyone together.

Matthew 22:36-40

Master, which is the great commandment in the law?

Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind.

This is the first and great commandment.

And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.

On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets.
KJV

God is our 'neighbor' too because He resides within us and everyone and everything living thing and creature.

So the way I love myself, is how I love God too.  Simply because God resides in me and everyting.

So love yourself and believe in yourself.
