Should I be concern?

I take spiro on and off for the past 2 years, and I been off it for 6 months now.

I just started again yesterday, and instantly notice I felt warmer, which is not a usual based on my memory. I woken up feeling warm on my face, and I actually feel too warm. I know it's supposed to treat heart failure, and that runs in my family but at a much later age.

Do you think the coldness I felt before is a heart failure problem? Should I be concern?

Spiro lowers your blood pressure which can make your hands / feet feel cold, especially in this chilly weather that narrows your blood vessels.  The heat you're experiencing might be from hot flashes if you're taking a large amount of the spiro again suddenly without building up to a sustainable dose.  This effect would probably be amplified if you're not taking any estrogen while dosing your spiro!  Don't take my word for it though, I am not a doctor and this is just a guess-timation.

I hope you get to feeling more comfortable soon.
