There was a time where I used to go on and off spiro because I really saw no difference..
My T lvls usually stay around 60 if I'm off of spiro.. It isn't a big deal for me..
But I used to go on and off because I felt like when I was on spiro I would get alot of water weight...

I'm on my spiro religiously now and it's okay, I figured it better to be safe than sorry..

As for sexual differences, The orgasms off spiro are so much better and powerful..
When I'm taking my spiro.. They are kind of weak and unsatisfying..

It really is an area where expert opinion is best.
I am only Estrogen only and my Endo is happy with my blood levels.  My Testosterone is down around the noise level of the analyser, so you can't really do better than that.  I am happy with the physical changes to date too.

This is exactly why you need medics looking after you. When I first went on the blue pills my E2 went ballistic and stayed there, my T disappeared and my SHBG was high and stayed high.

I went through a lot of investigations about what was going on and some of the reasons can be very bad including liver disease or adrenal malignancy. I was also tested for cross reactions of my E with that used in the commercial assay kits. After a lot of investigation it was decided I'm a very healthy freak who produces E2 at too high levels in response to the blue pills.

I have never taken ant-AAs as they are a waste of time for me since I do not produce T. I don't take the pills as they produce too high levels of E2 so I have implants .

If I was self medicating without expert medical advice I could have ruined my health very quickly.

The lesson learned from this? Make sure you have a good endocrinologist looking after you.

Yasuko14, we all need to have some T in our system if we are going to have a sex life at all. Guy just have a more.

My T levels can be considered way too low for a girl, and still, I manage to get aroused. Though I will admit that I'll eventually need a bit if I don't want to end up with osteoporosis.
