Okay, I have finally decided on one thing. At schools in the UK there is this organisation called Connexions, and they have a counsellor in my school on tuesdays. She seemed nice last week when she talked to us in assembly... so I have made the decision to go and see her to ask about therapists and stuff. She'll actually be the first person I'll tell face to face which is kinda weird, but I want to feel like I'm actually doing something, getting somewhere. This post is basically an official promise to everyone here that I'll go, so hopefully now I won't run out of courage at the last moment...

Courage isn't an issue.  Do what you think and feel is right on Tuesday.  If you're ready then you'll talk.  If you're not, take your time and don't feel you have to force the issue.

You do need to do what's right for you Steven but if writing it in a post helps steel your nerve then that is the way to go.

Be assured though, if for whatever reason Tuesday turns out not to be the day then so beit you can be assured that we here will not see you in any lesser light.

                        I know it's a little scary to tell the first person but after you do you will feel a great sense of relief and a lessening of the "I'm all alone feeling" that we always have until we start telling people.

Well, I was there, but no one else, ie, the actual counsellor person, was there. Yeah, our school is kinda lame with these things... I'm going to arrange an appointment for some other time I guess.
