Today marks the official 1 month point of me starting on HRT. Honestly im not sure if i feel that much different, i have none of the soreness or the lump under the nipple that i see described so often, i do sometimes notice i may be feeling some mental effects, a sort of calmness. But ive always been calm so i dont know if it is the Progynova or if it has even effected me at all. I will be patient and continue giving it more time, i guess i just had my hopes up too high.

Your journey has just started. If we watch a bud before it blossoms, it will look like nothing is happening. Even as the flower opens we can't see the changes occurring. Then one day there is a beautiful flower. It will be the same with you. Hugs, Devlyn

Congrats ;-)
I talk mostly about my transition (m2f). I also give answers on my videos to questions I think others may want to know. The more awareness raised the better right? ;0)

I also write songs around my experiences, I suppose doing videos and songwriting helps me channel my emotions xxx

BTW I'm a Yorkshire lass ;0)

It'll take at least 6 weeks for your current dosage to stabilise to a consistent level in your blood.  As for development, it'll take time, and if you're on a lower start dosage, not much will happen that quickly initially.  Be patient though, as it will happen.
