Hello, everybody! My name is Stephanie, and I'm a 29 year old trans lady and long-time lurker stuck in boy mode for a little while yet. I'm 3 months into HRT, out to family and close friends (who have all been incredibly supportive), and though I've posted very little, I would have had much more difficulty summoning up the courage to take those first steps toward transition without the inspiring stories, questions, answers, advice and indispensable wisdom of the members this site. So... thank you!!!

Hi Stephanie, and welcome.  It's good to hear of another supportive family and friends.  Hope to see more from you.

Superficial fanny kissing friends are a dime a dozen, a TRUE FRIEND however is PRICELESS

Hi Stephanie, :icon_wave:

Welcome to our little family. Over 8748 strong. That would be one heck of a family reunion.

Feel free to post your successes/failures, Hopes/dreams.  Ask questions and seek answers. Give and receive advice.

But remember we are family here, your family now. And it is always nice to have another sister.

Hi Stephanie, it's nice to meet you! I live up near Boston. I'm curious what long time lurker means to you. A lot of us peeked through the windows before joining. Welcome aboard! Hugs, Devlyn

I'm an ex-Boston girl myself, now living in NYC. Frequently over the last couple of years, as it has become more and more difficult to escape from my feelings, though I've been coming here (very) intermittently for as long as the site has been around. Part of an endless cycle of voracious consumption of information, then running away in fear.

Since you know the area, I'm from Weymouth. Try not to run away this time, we enjoy your company. Hugs, Devlyn
