I'm just new on this forum, so I'm not 100% sure if I posted this question in the right place. But I was wondering if anyone has experience with a penis extender and if it worked or not. I've been looking for a while to make it larger, but I don't think pills etc. will work and I don't want a phallo. So I hope to find an extender that might work. I've checked the jes extender and the MaleEdge. And both say that it might work, but they never actually heard from a FtM using it. So that's why I'm asking this question on this forum

Checking those names it looks like something similar to andropenis. Those things worked by stretching, causing small tearing and  growing it from scar tissue, so it wasn't exactly a good or safe idea. They sell like pop corn, but I seriously doubt somebody would ever put a before / after.

The main working method for increasing the size of a genetic penis included cutting a muscle so that the penis part inside the body would fall outside for a small extra.


Not exactly the most recommended place for asking this... It's not the size of the hammer, but how good you are at using it.

Okay, thanks for your advise. I didn't know the andropenis, but I've googled it and it does look like the same kind of thing.

Well, I would be very happy with just a little bit more. It's around 2 inch at the moment and that's just not enough to penetrate with So if I could just find a way to make it 1 or 2 inch longer I would be soooo happy!

The reported gains for the ligament cutting procedure are of up to 2.4 inches when dealing with micropenis issues, and fat transfer for increasing width. Choosing to undergo it  depends on your physical and psychological health. It is safer than damaging the soft tissues and if it can lead to an improvement in quality of life, you should think about it.

Urban myths also mention stretching exercises used by professionals, but no clue about it.

i doubt the extender would work because i dont think there would be enough for it to grab onto by the head

Anibioman is right in that you need girth + some sort of stiffness to make the extenders that are meant to go on small penises work. I've had one straight up fall off before which was not cool. Even male-born guys with micropenis would have a problem with those. As lame as this may sound, you could try getting one of the more realistic ones that go in a harness and tunneling out a space in the base to fit your actual junk. At least then it wouldn't fall off and inappropriate times.

So he started to used this penis extender somehow and due to his eagerness to achieve a size that can show off to the world, he purchased a tool that will help him to make it possible even it cost a lot.
To make the story short he gains at least 2.6 inches from 4.5 -7.1 none erected.
