I have to keep this short becasue I only have limited time on this pc.

The staff at the hostel i'm staying at are very helpfull, they have had 2 transsexuals staying here previously but in spite of this I have been misgendered several times.
This hostel is for homeless people & vulnerable people, the staff aim to get people into permenant accomodation within a few months.
I have offered to give a talk to the staff here about TG issues & ways they can make interaction smoother (such as not misgendering).
I know there are many good scientific reports on here that i can use but if anyone has anything they feel staff dealing with vulnerable people may find helpfull then i'd appreciate any suggestions any of you may have.

Thank you Brooke, I will look at that link when i'm back on the hostels pc's.
I'm having to borrow peoples laptops & broadband whenever I visit as I can't use the hostel pc after 6 pm.
