I thought you couldn't get DHT cream in the U.S.? I don't know if you're in the U.S. but I'm pretty sure it's a bit of a problem getting it here. I know there's one main website that comes up if you google it, but I think there's some issue with shipping to the U.S. or you have to have a doctor's prescription or something like that. I've looked into it before and I just hit too many roadblocks so I gave up on it.
I've seen a lot of people mention hair loss as a side effect for DHT as well. And I'm not sure if hair grows back once you stop taking it. From what I can tell just by looking around the web is that it supposedly does work for size increase. But I've run across stuff like this
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/3935902?dopt=Citation that seems to indicate that it's relatively safe to use (of course that study the reference was done on elderly males, but actually elderly males can have T levels as low as females).
As far as I can tell (through personal research of course) is that pumping won't increase the size enough for meta surgery. In fact, I'm on the fence as to whether pumping will provide any long term increase in size. It may stretch the skin over time but there's nothing under the skin that stays larger after the effect of the pumping wears off.
There's a whole ton of "testosterone boosters" that are marketed to body builders and athletes. I bookmarked (or I thought I did) a couple to take a closer look at but now I can't find them. But they're all formulated of course for bio male bodies and T levels. There's also ones that are designed to reduce estrogen from boosting T. Still marketed to bio guys so unknown what the results would be if you were to take any of those. However, I could find nothing that Tribulus (the main ingredient in most of the supplements) did anything to increase downstairs growth. I have heard of guys taking that in conjunction with other things like DHEA but the only effects they seemed to get were very mild (slightly more hair, slightly easier to build muscle) and there are other side effects to supplements like that so it may not be worth it.
So all in all the DHT cream may work (and the side effect may be hair loss), but if you're in the U.S. it's hard to get as far as I can tell.
