Well, this is my first time posting here! Bit apprehensive about what you guys will have to say, but hey- if you don't start sometime, what's the point?

Anyways, here's some pictures.

The first is an older picture from almost a year ago, the second is a recent one, though it doesn't show much other than what I look like when I'm past the point of exhaustion, and the third is really blurry. I just wanted to post a recent pic with more than my face (and brag a tiny bit over getting to see The Who, or at least two of the members XP).

Wow dude, when I saw the second pic I thought, "He looks like he could end up looking like Pete Townshend." Then I saw the third pic so I had to share. I'm jealous, man, can't believe you got to see them, their Quadrophenia tour isn't coming anywhere near me

As far as passing though, I don't think you're quite there yet but I definitely see potential, I know you might like your long hair, but for now I bet you'd look awesome with a 60s-type shag cut.

Haha, thanks man! I wasn't quite expecting passes, and have been waiting for a long time to get my hair cut. My mother claims that "it was crappily cut last time and has to grow out first". I think it's grown out quite enough.

Ah well, I'll post back when I get it cut or something of the like. Not binding in those, btw- it's probably most obvious in the first picture. I had just adopted the "wear a white shirt under a baggy one" look a while before that. In any case, not going to give up just yet!

Liminal Stranger - You're probably one of the best passing long-haired guys I've seen.  One thing I'd suggest is maybe to get some better fitting shirts, the bagginess looks like you're trying to hide something, but if that's your style don't let me change that!

I got a haircut today -- finally!  I was so excited before hand because it had grown out a stupid amount because I've only had Sundays off work for months and it took all I had not to hack it off, but now I'm not too sure what to think of it.  Might just because I'd hoped that she'd take more off, but I've got to work with it now.

Sorry about the bad quality, the light's awful here and if I move to where it's brighter the white balance on my phone gets screwed up and turns everything orange.  Anyway, thoughts?

I agree, you look like a few guys I went to high school with, so if I just saw you on the street I probably wouldn't question anything.

Alex, I think you pass in the second picture, the ruffled hair looks good. I think it is just the lighting in the first, but it looks like you have some eyeliner or mascara on.

Alex- Holy mothership, dude. You look awesome. I kind of drift towards those kinds of shirts for whatever reason, though my "style" appears to require at least one clothing item being old, worn, and ripped. If you could call that a style.
But yeah, if you ask me, you pass without a doubt.

LH- Thanks. I go to a performing arts school, so no one even questions guys having long hair. It's just a thing around here, and in this city in general.

Thanks!  I know what you mean about clothes like that, I just never throw my old clothes out -- note the yellow shirt in my second photo, I got that on holiday when I couldn't have been more than 9 years old...  It still fits.

Nope, definitely no make-up at all.  I wouldn't have a clue where to start, I tried eyeliner once just to work out what you're supposed to do with it and just ended up drawing things on my face.  My eyelashes are just too long, even though I regularly burn them by accident.

I think the new hair cut looks good. The darker color looks good too. I think you're naturally in that androgynous range and you're young anyway, right? So could go either way but you look more like a young male to me (especially in your avatar pic).

Yeah I'm young, but probably not as young as you're thinking... I would say but the mods start going crazy, apparently it's not enough to be old enough to be able have a kid and join the army...

Yeah I don't have too many out of cosplay from recent. That is a wig though. I have a mohawk that I am cutting currently, and I'm not on T yet. Thank you and everyone else for the criticism though. xD

Your eyebrows are vary light compared to your hair. Maybe you could bleach your hair and dye it brown or you could dye the eyebrows with eye-liner or something more permanent. If you dye them, then please don't do it with hair colour.

yeah I agree. That is a wig that I am wearing for a cosplay. My hair is still a mohawk I am trying to fix because I'm tired of being labeled as a lesbian. Recently I have used eyeliner on my eyebrows. It seems to look better. However, what you said gave me a couple ideas.
