hi guys i was just wondering if there is anywhere in australia that it is possible to get FFS i consider myself feminine androgynous , i hafe a desire to look as feminine as possible while remaining male bodied , so my goals with FFS is to look very feminine but certain procedures arent really worth it in my opinion since passing a 100 percent or  living as a " woman" isnt my goal  i.e trach shave etc
procedures i was considering are reshaping my chin to make it more femine i dont have a square chin but i still feel my chin could be more feminine ( im getting a nosejob in a couple of months by a surgeon who doesnt specialise in FFS but he has a understanding i dont want a ' mauscline nose )  cheek implants i already have high cheekbones but i feel that i was more potrusion from the side and i think cheeks that rounded out as they get closer to the mid face are more feminine (  one thing im worried about this is possible rejection or shifting of implants and it makes me wonder if risque vs potentional result is worth it )

i have considered foreheadplasty but im worried about the hair not growing through the scar properly , i dont really have noticable brow bossing but my goals is more to have a more rounded typically feminine forehead as opposed to one that is more flat from the side view

so basicly what i was asking is there anyone in australia who could do some of these procedures to a very high standerd or will i have to go overseas . i was looking at the facial feminization clinic in marbella spain they look very good but obviously if i could find someone to perform these procedures to a high standerd in australia . i would prefet do see them as to save money on travel costs etc and not only that but also if there is any minor complications to be able to see them for check ups

hello me too, i' looking for surgeons in australia for the shame procedures as you. I can't any,I don't think there is any Dr. in Australia who does FFS.  So i decided either heading over to Thailand with Dr. Chett or Dr. Supporn they are both very good and very highly Dr within the field of FFS, or Beverly Hills with Dr. Gary Alter, I've seen is work and its so amazing. This is the association of plastic surgeon specialists in Australia, and if you do want work done here, there may be someone there who is capable of doing the work that you're after.

FFS, at the end of the day is merely a somewhat more radical version and combination of the procedures that plastic surgeons are trained to do, so if there's only one or two things that you wish to have done, then having it done locally may be a viable alternative.

With a local surgeon (as in, being in Australia), there's no harm in at least going for a consultation.

I don't think there are any dedicated ffs surgeons in australia.  However, one of the SRS surgeons (andrew ives) also does cosmetic work.
