Hi I want to ask about resonance, where should I feel it?
On whole neck yes and nothing on chest (under collarbone) - it is right ?

That sounds right. Any resonance / vibration in the chest gives a male sound whereas anything in the throat / mouth / head gives a female sound.
Edit:
I tried a little experiment last night. I spoke the Harvard Sentences (list 1) at three different pitch ranges - average female (200-220Hz), my normal (180-200Hz) and low female/high male (160-180Hz). There was no chest resonance in any of them although it started creeping back in the 160-180Hz. The point is that some males talk in the 160-180Hz region and they sound male because of their resonance whereas my 160-180Hz recording is either androgynous or female-lite, but I it is not a definite male sound purely because the resonance is constrained.

What I was taught is that you should feel it by your nose, and on your lips. Try to get most/all of it out of your chest. There will naturally be some left there, but it has helped me a lot.
