OMG, i closed out of my original post! lol It was so long at one point i said i was trying to get the alltime-award for most characters in an introductin. I'm such a geek!

So here's my story:

25 year old MTF just beginnin transition. I've been lurking and I've began coming out of my shell! My name is Jo/jojo and i've been hiding my true self for about 20 years i'd say. For those first 5 years i was oblivious to gender. My only other sibing my older sister of 2 years was my super bf and I hang out with a lot of her friends and girls my mother babysat. Its funny looking at the family photo albums. It looks like i had an existential crisis every year before the start of school. Poor kid. At 25 i've graduated college AND paid it off WOOT!!! so that's cool. Basically check off all the things from my parents to do list. Funny thing is that it seems to grow and now i'm gonna have to cut em off. Like what do you do when your mum says something about grandkids to you and you know ur trans and also kids(from your own DNA) is the last thing you think the planet needs. lol thats how i feel for myself, ymmv. Honestly though i'd rather go sterile and adopt later in life if that's something I want to do. Not trying to feed the over-population and strain on rescources.

So anyway I don't feel like writing too much here lest I close out on accident again and have to do it again.... CTRL+C
cool, at least i'll be that far now. :D

Not sure what else to say on here. Oh ya i love the spirituality area that's prolly where i'll be hangin out in future. I went to catholic school which was a trip! and i've studied all religions/ideas and its great to see the common factors of all, the repeated stories and mesh it with my own personal experience of life. Sharing my experiences and hearing others stories is one of my favorite things to do. That and ART! I love to create it and consume it... so of course i'm a musician. I play the bass guitar. Mmmm, well, i've suddenly succumed to an intense desire to play my bass along to listening to the band Goldfish..... Seeya nice to meet you all!

Hi Jo,

A big Aussie welcome to Susan's family. It's good of you to drop in and say "Hi". Hope you like it here, and you stay for a while.

There is a mountain of information, resources and friendship waiting for you here, you just need to jump in start talking and ask any question you like. You're quite safe here and we are very accepting.

You are doing a good job so far. Getting your stuff down and out in the community is a very good thing. Helps you process everything that is going on, which is heaps.

Looking forward to hearing more of your story in time to come, but in the meantime, be safe, well and happy.

Lotsa huggs
Catherine
