It's quite normal to have a sex drive on HRT and it won't always completely disappear like it does for some - I was on HRT for five years before SRS and I could still hang a towel on 'it' right up to the day before SRS. However I didn't have any anti androgens which may have explained it - if it bothers you, I would check to see if your T levels are still too high or not.

Also the brain can still 'activate' the sex drive with enough imagination - even with no testes, 'erections' or 'arousal blood flow' (whether penile or clitoral) are still possible.
It takes balls to go through SRS!

I had a similar experience. My sex drive crashed within the first week of HRT, but steadily recovered to almost where it was pre-HRT. And I retained function, which I could have done without, right up to SRS at 13 months on HRT. On the upside I'm functional and still have a high sex drive 9 months post-op and after 22 months of HRT. My T has been lower than where yours is from about 8 months into HRT.

In the end I'm happy that my body is so adaptive and everything works without T. Lots of folks have low or non-existent sex drives post-transition.

Just tuck tightly and avoid naughty thoughts. ;)

About your SRS... can you feel anything down there, like do you have sensitivity and such? I was lurking in chat once when I one person was talking about that they didn't really feel anything after SRS, and had have their completely dead (I think) after HRT.
And so... Is it good to stimulate 'it' if I'd want to make sure I don't lose all sensitivity down there after SRS? Or is it completely up to the surgeon? Cuz I won't be able to choose who does it, maybe between 2 surgeons or something, unless I pay for it myself.

Yes, I have sensation. Enough to orgasm anyway. It's mixed. There are a lot of places with limited sensation, though I don't really have any totally numb parts. I'm still in process though. I'm only 9 months post-op; nerves recover up to about 18 months.

I kept using mine, about once a week or so, up to my SRS. I'm not sure it really affects sensation so much as just memory of the process or something like that? For me, orgasms post-SRS pretty much work identically to how they worked pre-SRS, so I think keeping my body aware of how it worked helped to regain the capacity. It took a little under 5 months post-op for me to figure it out.
