100% pass in this pic...fwiw, I've only seen guys with gauged ears. Generally, guys will wear posts or *maybe* a jewel of some time...but definitely not danglies.

"Looking good" is a matter of personal taste/preference.

imho, with the current size of holes you have, it's a good balance. I wouldn't go larger, but I also wouldn't go back to normal earring holes, either.

If you wear earrings, def wear plugs. Girls also gauge their ears, but tend to do so on a smaller scale. I find that somewhere around 00 is a good masculine size without permanently stretching your ear. That's where I'm at now, but I won't go bigger because of job related concerns. It's all a style thing, and yeah I think you can make it work as long as you're not too clean cut, especially if you keep your hair shorter.

Most guys don't look good with my buzz cut (I know I don't) but you pull it off well in this pic. I don't think the shaving is really doing much for your passing. Lots of guys emphasize shaving the fuzz, but I'm 7 months on T and have only shaved like 3 times. But maybe as somebody mentioned, guys with darker hair need a bit of that shadow to help pass- and my fuzz does exactly that.

Who knows why you don't pass. You may just look too young in the environments you're in, so they assume female. That's what happens as you get older, you pass less.

I used to stretch my piercings, but the jewelry irritates my ears so I stopped. I didn't notice too much in regards to passing vs. not. I wasn't passing all too well in the beginning of HRT. I took them out, though. Maybe try both wearing them and not and see what happens? I was a 4g BTW.

I like the plugs. They look good with your face. You could go a little bigger but, IMHO, if you go much bigger you will need some face piercings. That is just my personal preference.

Stretched ears are definitely more masculine than little studs.  I've wanted them for a couple years but didn't start until about a month ago, cuz I didn't want to deal with not passing while they were still small.  Just got mine up to a 4g, I'm planning on at least half an inch.

Right now, I have cats in my ears.

I'm 22 and I've been on T for 4 months as well. I've been coming on this site for a while and read stuff all the time. I tend to not post as often as I should but I was impressed with how much like a guy you look with the shaved head so I figured I'd let you know.

I think you already pass. Just my opinion. With those other piercings 00 will look good.

If you do decide to go larger after a 2g I'd recommend taping up. 2g to 0g is the first 2mm jump and I've seen people rip their lobes or get nasty looking blowouts from using tapers.

Taper every time. Dunnygun offers taper sets for 20 dollars from 16g to a 00g. I blew my ear out from going too fast and rushing it, but that was on 00g. And it isn't bad, it's fully healed. If you take your time you should be fine.

Never had a blowout and doesn't even sting when I stretch. Went from 2g to 0g last night flawlessly...so  to you Seb, lol.
