I have a question....

How does one go about getting promoted or aquiring staff type positions?


i.e. ...

Administrator 
Global Moderator 
Chat Staff 
Forum Staff 
Wiki Staff

Or any such type position.

Do you like have to be good at what you do...or Post a certain number of disscussions or what not?

Basically you need to stand out from the crowd. Dennis, Steph, LynnER, Debbee, or Lostintime can hire someone for a staff position.
