The first-round bell was rung this morning on the sex-charged assault trial, with testimony in Manhattan Supreme Court by curvaceous alleged victim Claudia Charriez expected to stretch into the afternoon.

The transgender model girlfriend of a hunky firefighter charged with attacking her outside a midtown jiggle joint began tearful testimony Thursday on their stormy relationship.

Taylor Murphy, 29, who was "Mr. March" on an unofficial FDNY calendar, beat, bit and choked busty blond Claudia Charriez, prosecutors charge.

Charriez is a former "America's Next Top Model" contestant.

Hmmm . . . two stories that are basically the same report, yet the NY Post's article is sensationalistic and uses the most repugnant language possible. What kind of person reads that garbage?

The way that was written was so disgusting.

why couldn't the topic use the title from the second story?  Kind of crappy to come to this site and see that word in any topic title.   Just sayin'...

They will try to blame the victim, because she was a sex worker and a transsexual.

"I do not have sex for money!" smokin' FDNY beat-down transsexual Claudia Charriez insisted to a Manhattan assault jury today, on her second day of testimony against hunky hose handler Taylor Murphy.

"I escorted men who like girls like myself," the shapely she-male told jurors, when confronted with her nude photographs from a pornographic escort service advertisement -- still online, as first reported in The Post today.

"Whether I chose to engage in sexual activity with someone, protected, was my choice," the pre-op transexual cried on the witness stand in Manhattan Supreme Court, waving her manicured hands.

Charriez is accusing Murphy of slugging, biting and choking her during a heated love spat at a Midtown hotel last year. Yesterday, on her first day on the stand, she conceded that she has worked as an escort since age 14, but swore she stopped as of the Fall of 2011.

Very classy.
