Hello Everyone!
My name is Elizabeth but you can call me whatever you'd like for short lol.

Well, I just want to introduce myself, hopefully this forum will be my new go to for advice and to just talk to you wonderful people.
I am a young woman currently in a committed relationship for over a year with my extremely handsome FtM boyfriend. In more recent months of our relationship he has come out to me as a trans guy, and I must say I love him more and more every day and I'm thankful to be by his side through this transition. My boyfriend's name is Camron, pronounced (cam-ron) and he is pre-everything.

I'm not usually a blogging/forum kinda girl, but it's not been the easiest of times going through these transitions. And as a partner, I suppose I have my own set of worries and stresses as well as my boyfriend does. We love each other very much and have big plans for our futures together that we have no intention on modifying. Hopefully having supportive people such as yourselves will make the transition easier for me, and I hope to gain knowledge as well as the understanding of how to be the partner my boyfriend needs and deserves.

Hope to hear from you all soon!

Welcome to the site, hon. Come on in and make yourself at home.

We have a vast array of helpful souls here, from all walks of life. And even an area of the boards especially for partners and significant others to talk about their experiences, hopes and fears when sharing a loved one's transition, or even just having been told and wondering how on earth to deal with that news. I'm sure you'll be able to find more than you ever thought you wanted to know here, lol. And if not, just jump in and ask away. :)

*hugs*

Hello Elizabeth.  Welcome from southern California.

Glad you found us, and I hope Camron becomes part of the family, if he is not so already.

Hi Ellie,

I'm so glad you are here!  I'm not in a relationship with, but the best friend/roommate of someone who is transitioning.  Sometimes for me it is hard to understand how she's feeling, but I have found this forum/community to be very open and helpful.  The family of members are very caring so you are definitely in the right place to help your boyfriend and yourself during this time. Good luck & hope to see you around the forum :)
