Cindy

Oh, my 10,000 post.

What should I say? Does anyone care?

Are so many posts a sign of futility or concern, a bad and poor life, an unwillingness to face the future?

A useless person who needs to talk on the Internet?

A few years ago I knew  a person called Peter.  He was a very brave boy, he tried so hard to protect his sister and that in the end he died for her. he saved her brain when she was raped. He made her work so she had a job.  My Goddess he was strong.

He found Susan's and thought  maybe he could help her. He tried to reach out and let his sister meet others.

He struggled, he lived his life and wasn't sure he wanted to die.

He realised something; He had to die for his sister to live.

He loved me so much he decided to die.

I thank him

I love you.
Cindy

No.

They are sign of someone who is seeking to give the support to others, that would have been so good for you, I and many others in our generation.

You make a difference. We make a difference. The world is a different place now. A very different place. It has got there because of people like Susan, like you, even hopefully, me.

I doubt anyone can ask for more from one lifetime.

It's a sign of your giving nature. Each of us who had you respond to one of our posts, whether in humor, compassion or wisdom, feels touched by your special attention.
Have you read my short story The Eve of Triumph?

WOW.  I remember when you were a newbie.  Congratulation, Sis.

It does not take courage or bravery to change your gender.  It takes fear of living one more day in the wrong one.~me

Yes, we do care.

I'm sure I'm not the only one here who can say with all honesty that you've been a tremendous inspiration to me.

I love you, too.

I jumped ship here once, it was Cindy who pulled me back onboard. Love you, hon! Hugs, Devlyn

Congrats to a wonderful woman.. A woman, without whom, I may not be here. At a time I was a scared and scarred young girl, she showed me that transition was possible, if I wanted it.

Thank you, Cindy!

Hi Cindy,

A big Aussie welcome to Susan's family. It's good of you to drop in and say "Hi", for the ten thousanth time. Hope you like it here, and you stay for a while.

There is a mountain of information, resources and friendship waiting for you here, you just need to jump in start talking and ask any question you like. You're quite safe here and we are very accepting.

Oh! Just to get you started Hun, your intro should have been posted in the "Introduction" section, where you'll also find a helpful thread for newbies to help them navigate their way round here.

Looking forward to hearing more of your story in time to come, but in the meantime, be safe, well and happy.

Lotsa huggs
Catherine

Don't worry Kupcake. Just a bit of Aussie banter. We really are all mad here, and I'm no exception.

Sometimes when life is a fight - we just have to fight back and say screw you - I want to live.

Sometimes we just need to believe.

What are you talking about Catherine calling us Mad?

I'm the only sane one here in OZ and I have a certificate from my therapist to prove it. ;D ;D

My therapist gave me one of those certificates.. I know I'm mad, but my therapist assures me that I'm quite sane..

My shrink does not hand out certificates but he has told me I have "no mental defect or disease". He must doubt the results though because every three months he pulls me back in to see if I am crazy yet.
