Does anybody know any websites in the UK or any shops that sell binders? I looked on Amazon and there's a cheap one on there (I want to buy a cheaper one first) but I'm worried that it won't work properly. Thanks.

I can recommend Underworks personally, they're generally cheaper than most. You may also wish to get in touch with MORF, a Manchester-based organization that supply second-hand binders to those who can't afford one. I got my Underworks binder through them, and they were awesome people to deal with.

I had a look at the Underworks website and the shipping is really expensive as they're American based aren't they? It totalled up to $50 for the one I wanted and postage. I'm not sure how much that is in British Pounds. Thank you for the MORF link, I think it may be just what I need. Cheers buddy.

Amazon sell the tritop by underwork which many guys swear by; I have a second hand one myself that is probably a little too large but gets me flat enough to be confident in (I do pass without one though).  They also seem to have the doublefront, or something very similar, which in my experience works great in binding capabilities, but I couldn't get on with the rolling up problems so cut it down to tritop length.  I did get the doublefront new so it was the correct size and not stretched a little already.  I'm only small chested though (a B possibly?  I've never looked at the labels and the only bra's I've got were brought by my grandmother on guess work).

As far as I know there's no UK based outlets for binders except what's on amazon.

They're both priced at £32.99-37.99 (size dependent), and although there are cheaper ones on there I've never seen any proper reviews on them.  You can get all of them shipped with "free super-saver delivery", so although you're going to have to wait up to slightly over a week for them to arrive it's still free P&P and probably quicker than postage from the U.S.  I don't think it would happen because they're under £40, but depending on exchange rates and whatnot there's always the very slight risk of being collared by customs for import tax (didn't happen with mine though, but a probability if you went for the 3 pack deal from the underworks site.)

Thanks for the links Alex. I may look into buying the tritop one as it's a reasonable price and has good reviews. I'm just a little worried as I'm a size D so I'm worried how well it will actually bind. Not sure if that's just me being paranoid though. I'm sat here smiling at the thought of just even owning a binder. The happiness is worth the cost it will be.

I can only speak for myself, but I'm a 44E, and the X-Large Underworks binder does a pretty damn good job on me.

I'm glad. I got one of the full-length ones, so it flattens the hips a fair bit too.

I've seen some underworks on Amazon, but I am not sure if they have all the sizings available. I am also a size D, and I just ordered the Underworks 988 yesterday. When it comes in, I'll let you know how flat it makes me.

I don't think the shipping was too bad, considering the binders are about $32-38 on average (unless you're getting the bigger size). I just got standard US shipping, and it was $6.75, bringing my total up to $38.24. Fifteen dollars or so probably isn't bad since it'll either have to be brought over my plane or ship, and might be subject to import fees/duties and taxes.
